병원 내 심정지 상황에 대한 전문소생술 교육이 간호학생의 셀프리더십과 비판적 사고성향에 미치는 효과

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 병원 내 심정지 상황에 대한 전문소생술 교육이 간호학생의 셀프리더십과 비판적 사고성향에 미치는 효과를 확인하고자 수행되었다. 방법 연구설계는 단일군 사전사후에 의한 유사실험 연구이며 연구의 대상은 A시 소재 일개 간호학과 4학년 학생들로 총 57명이었다. 연구 기간은 2022년 1월이었으며 자료수집을 위한 설문조사는 연구대상자들에게는 사전에 설문조사를 시행하고 병원 내 심정지 상황에 대한 전문소생술 교육을 시행한 뒤 사후 설문조사를 시행하였다. 결과 연구결과 병원 내 심정지 상황에 대한 전문소생술 교육 후 교육 전에 비해 셀프리더십(t=-7.39, p<.001)과 비판적 사고성향(t=-8.82, p<001)은 통계적으로 유의한 효과가 있었다. 결론 본 연구결과를 통해 병원 내 심정지 상황에 대한 전문소생술 교육은 셀프리더십과 비판적 사고성향을 향상시킬 수 있다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 간호학생을 대상으로 하는 교육 시 셀프리더십과 비판적 사고성향을 향상시킬 수 있는 교수법을 활용하는 데 기초 자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study was conducted to confirm the effect of advanced life support (ALS) training for in-hospital cardiac arrest (IHCA) on self-leadership and critical thinking disposition of nursing students. Methods The study design was a quasi-experimental research design by a single group before and after, and the subjects of the study were a total of 57 students from a nursing department located in A city. The study period was January 2022. For the study subjects, a survey was conducted in advance, ALS training was conducted on cardiac arrest in the hospital, and a follow-up survey was conducted. Results As a result of this study, self-leadership (t=-7.39, p<.001) and critical thinking propensity (t=-8.82, p<001) showed a statistically significant increase after ALS training for IHCA situations compared to before training. Conclusions Through the results of this study, It was confirmed that ALS training for in-hospital cardiac arrest (IHCA) can improve self-leadership and critical thinking disposition. It will be possible to use as basic data to utilize teaching methods that can improve self-leadership and critical thinking disposition in the case of ALS training for IHCA situations.
