국문 초록

목적 본 연구에서는 대학 운동선수들의 은퇴불안, 진로결정 자기효능감, 진로준비행동의 관계를 분석하였다. 방법 서울, 경기 지역에 위치한 4년제 대학교 운동선수들 중 대한체육회 산하 각 소속 종목의 협회에 선수로 등록되어 있으며 대학교 운동선수로 활동 중인 재학생 436명을 대상으로 은퇴불안, 진로결정 자기효능감, 진로준비행동을 측정하기 위한 설문을 실시하여 자료를 수집하였다. 이 중 415명의 자료가 상관관계분석과 변인 간 인과관계를 검증하기 위한 구조방정식모형으로 최종 분석하였다. 결과 대학 운동선수들의 은퇴불안이 진로결정 자기효능감에 미치는 영향은 통계적으로 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났으며, 은퇴불안이 진로준비행동에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 진로결정 자기효능감이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향은 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 대학 운동선수들의 진로교육과 상담 시 은퇴불안 조절과 진로준비행동을 향상시킬 수 있도록 도와주어야 하며, 진로준비행동을 촉진시키려면 진로결정 자기효능감을 향상시키는 교육과 지도가 선행되어야 한다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purposes of this study were to investigate the structural relationship model of retirement anxiety, career decision-making self-efficacy and career preparation behavior of athletes in college. Methods The participants of this study consisted using of 415 athletes who were more than 18 years old with more than 3 years experience of competition. They were assessed by retirement anxiety scale, career decision-making self-efficacy scale and career preparation behavior scale. The evaluation questionnaires were modified to reflect the circumstances in Korea and underwent a validity test prior to translation. The data were conducted by descriptive statistics, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and structure equation modelling. Results First, retirement anxiety had no a influence on career decision-making self-efficacy. Second, retirement anxiety had a positive influence on career preparation behavior. Third, career decision-making self-efficacy had a positively influence on career preparation behavior. Conclusions The result of this study suggests the need of developing programs and providing necessary support aimed at improving college athletes' decision-making self-efficacy and career preparation behavior through career counseling and education.
