간호대학생의 그릿, 공감능력, 간호직 인식이 임상수행능력에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

목적 간호대학생의 그릿, 공감능력, 간호직 인식이 임상수행능력에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 방법 본 연구는 부산지역에 소재하는 2개의 4년제 간호학과에 재학 중인 학생으로 본 연구의 목적을 이해하고 자발적으로 연구 참여에 동의한 192명을 편의 추출하였다. 본 연구의 자료는 SPSS WIN 20.0 프로그램을 이용하여 평균과 표준편차, Pearson’s correlation coefficients, 단계적 다중회귀분석을 통해 분석하였다. 결과 간호대학생들의 임상수행능력과 그릿(r=.241, p=.001)은 양의 상관관계가 있었고, 공감능력 중 상상하기(r=.336, p<.001), 관점 취하기(r=.272, p<.001), 공감적 관심(r=.338, p<.001), 개인적 고통(r=.435, p<.001)과 양의 상관관계가 있었으며, 간호직 인식(r=.479, p<.001)과도 양의 상관관계를 나타냈다. 또한 간호대학생들의 임상수행능력에 영향을 미치는 예측 요인은 그릿(β=.163, p=.013), 공감능력 중 상상하기(β=.163, p=.025), 공감적 관심(β=.164, p=.032), 개인적 고통(β=.198, p=.016), 간호직 인식(β=.366, p<.001)으로 나타났다. 연구 대상자의 임상수행능력에 가장 영향을 미치는 예측 요인은 간호직 인식, 공감능력 중 개인적 고통, 공감적 관심, 상상하기, 그릿의 순으로 나타났으며, 이들 변수들의 임상수행능력에 대한 설명력은 37.3%로 나타났다. 결론 간호대학생들의 임상수행능력을 증진시키기 위해서는 간호직에 대한 인식수준과 공감능력 및 그릿이 중요한 변수이며, 대학생활 가운데 간호학과 교육과정 속에서 간호직 인식을 높이고, 대상자에 대한 공감능력을 키우며, 그릿 역량들을 개발할 수 있는 교수학습방법과 교육프로그램을 개발할 것을 제언한다.

영문 초록

Objectives This descriptive study was conducted to identify the factors affecting the grit, empathy and awareness of the nursing profession on clinical performance of nursing students. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on 192 nursing college students attending 2 university. In this study, it was measured grit, empathy and awareness of the nursing profession and clinical performance. The data of this study were analyzed by means of SPSS WIN 20.0 program, mean and standard deviation, pearson's correlation coefficients and stepwise multiple regression analysis. Results There were significant positive correlation between the clinical performance of nursing college students was grit(r=.241, p=.001) and among empathy abilities, imaging(r=.336, p<.001), taking a perspective(r=.272, p<.001), emphathic interest(r=.338, p<.001), personal stress(r=.435, p<.001), were positively correlated awareness of the nursing profession(r=.479, p<.001) positive correlation. The influencing factors affecting the clinical performance of the study subjects were nursing job awareness, personal stress among empathic abilities, empathic interest, imagining, and grit. The explanatory power of these variables for clinical performance was 37.3%. Conclusions Therefore, in order to enhance the clinical performance ability of nursing students, the level of awareness of the nursing profession, empathy and grit are important. It is necessary to develop awareness of the nursing profession and empathy for the subject in the curriculum of the nursing department at university. It is suggested to develop teaching-learning methods and educational programs that develop grit competency.
