COVID-19 팬데믹 상황에서 간호대학생의 삶의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인

국문 초록

목적 본 연구의 목적은 COVID-19 팬데믹 상황에서 간호대학생의 지각된 스트레스, 지각된 사회적 지지, 영적 안녕이 간호대학생의 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향을 규명하여, 간호대학생의 삶의 만족도 향상을 위한 기초자료를 제공하기 위함이다. 방법 연구대상은 D와 G시에 소재한 간호대학 3~4학년 재학생 181명을 대상으로 하였고, 자료수집은 2022년 2월 10일부터 2월 20일까지 온라인 설문조사를 통해 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 23.0 program을 이용하여 기술통계, 독립표본 T-test, ANOVA, 상관관계, 위계적 다중 회귀분석을 통해 분석하였다. 결과 COVID-19 팬데믹 상황에서 간호대학생의 삶의 만족도는 지원동기, 면담횟수, 학업성적, 전공만족도에 유의한 차이를 보였다. 삶의 만족도는 지각된 사회적 지지(r=.49, p<.001), 영적 안녕(r=.46, p<.001)과는 정적 상관관계를 보였으나 지각된 스트레스(r=-.54, p<.001)와는 부적 상관관계를 보였다. 위계적 다중회귀분석 결과, 간호대학생의 삶의 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 요인은 지각된 사회적 지지(β=.28, p<.001), 지각된 스트레스(β=-.27, p<.001), 영적 안녕(β=.21, p=.002), 전공만족도(β=-.19, p=.002)로 나타났으며, 이들 변수의 설명력은 45%였다(F=14.31, p<.001). 결론 COVID-19 팬데믹 상황에서 간호대학생의 삶의 만족도를 향상시키기 위한 방안으로 사회적 지지 프로그램을 꾸준하게 적용하여 간호대학생의 지각된 스트레스를 감소시키는 것이 중요하며, 간호대학생의 영적 안녕을 높일 수 있는 영성 프로그램 개발 및 적용이 필요하다. 더불어 간호대학생은 전공만족도 향상을 위해 자신에 대한 충분한 이해와 성찰이 요구된다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of perceived stress, perceived social support and spiritual well-being on the life satisfaction of nursing students in the COVID-19 pandemic. Methods Data were collected from February 10 to 20, 2022 through online questionnaire survey. participants were 181 students in the 3rd and 4th grades of nursing colleges located in Daegu and Gyeongbuk. The SPSS/23.0 program was used to analyze the data with descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficient and Hierarchical multiple regression. Results Nursing students' life satisfaction in the COVID-19 pandemic showed significant differences in support motivation, number of counseling, academic performance, and major satisfaction. Perceived social support(r=.49, p<.001) and spiritual well-being(r=.46, p<.001) showed positive correlation between life satisfaction, perceived stress(r=-.54, p<.001) showed negative correlation between life satisfaction. In hierarchical multiple regression analysis, Explained variance for the life satisfaction was 45% and perceived social support(β=-.27, p<.001), perceived stress(β=-.27, p<.001), spiritual well-being(β=.21, p=.002) and major satisfaction(β=-.19, p=.002) were significant factors influencing the life satisfaction of nursing students(F=14.31, p<.001). Conclusions In order to increase the life satisfaction of nursing students in the COVID-19 pandemic, it is important to reduce the perceived stress by continuously applying social support programs, and it is necessary to develop and apply a spirituality program to increase the spiritual well-being of nursing students. In addition, nursing students are required to fully understand and reflect on themselves in order to improve their major satisfaction.
