국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 학교 밖 청소년을 대상으로 진로장벽과 진로준비행동의 관계에서 사회적 지지에 의해 조절된 회복탄력성의 매개효과를 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 방법 이를 위하여 전국의 학교 밖 청소년 321명으로부터 진로장벽, 회복탄력성, 사회적 지지, 진로준비행동을 측정하였다. 매개효과, 조절효과를 검증하기 위해 SPSS를 사용하여 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였으며, 조절된 매개효과를 검증하기 위해 SPSS Macro를 사용하였다. Bootstrapping 방식을 사용하여 간접효과의 통계적 유의미성을 검증하였다. 결과 첫째, 진로장벽과 진로준비행동의 관계에서 회복탄력성은 부분매개효과를 보였다. 둘째, 진로장벽과 회복탄력성의 관계에서 사회적 지지는 조절효과를 보였다. 셋째, 진로장벽과 진로준비행동의 관계에서 회복탄력성의 매개효과를 사회적 지지가 조절하는 조절된 매개효과가 나타났다. 결론 진로장벽이 회복탄력성을 통해 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향의 강도가 사회적 지지 수준에 따라 달라지는 것이 확인되었다. 이와 같은 결과를 바탕으로 연구에 대한 시사점과 후속 연구를 위한 제언을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to test the mediating effect of resilience moderated by social support in the relationship between career barriers and career preparation behaviors among out-of-school youth. Methods The data were collected from 321 out-of-school youths nationwide, and the mediating, moderating, and moderated mediating effects were tested using SPSS Macro. Results First, resilience had a partial mediating effect on the relationship between career barriers and career preparation behaviors. Second, social support had a moderating effect on the relationship between career barriers and resilience. Third, there was a moderated mediating effect of social support on the mediating effect of resilience on the relationship between career barriers and career preparation behaviors. Conclusions The strength of the effect of career barriers on career preparation behaviors through resilience was found to depend on the level of social support. Based on these findings, research implications and suggestions for future research are discussed.
