대학생 구성주의 진로 집단상담의 효과요인 연구

국문 초록

목적 본 연구에서는 집단상담의 설계와 운영에 실효성 있는 시사를 제공하기 위해 대학생 구성주의진로집단상담 치료적 효과요인의 출현빈도와 회기별 변화양상을 분석하고자 한다. 방법 이를 위하여 경북소재 4년재 대학생 구성주의진로집단상담 참여자 40명의 소감문을 효과요인 분석 틀로 내용 분석하였다. 분석 틀은 집단상담의 일반요인과 진로집단상담의 특수요인으로 제시하여 분석하였고, 유목화된 분석자료는 출현 빈도수와 백분율로 제시하고자 하였다. 결과 집단상담 일반요인 출현 빈도와 진로집단상담 특수요인 출현빈도를 집단상담 전체에서의 효과요인, 회기 진행에 따른 집단상담 효과요인 출현 양상으로 제시하였다. 결론 회기 전체에서 집단상담 일반요인과 진로집단상담 특수요인 모두 자기 이해 관련 요인이 가장 높은 빈도수를 보였고, 효과요인의 회기별 양상은 일반적인 집단상담의 발달단계와 본 프로그램 구성 내용과 활동을 반영한 결과로 나타난 것으로 이해할 수 있다. 구성주의 진로집단상담의 구성과 활동을 통해 집단속에서 자신의 삶의 맥락적으로 이해하고, 구성해가며 진로 영역에서도 성장을 가져오는 효과메커니즘을 밝혔다는데 의의가 있다.
