예비유아교사의 디지털 역량에 대한 교육요구도 분석

국문 초록

목적 본 연구에서는 예비유아교사의 디지털 역량에 대한 교육요구도 및 우선순위를 알아보았다. 방법 이를 위해 연구 목적에 맞게 디지털 역량 요구도 조사를 위한 문항을 개발하였으며 예비유아교사 110명을 대상으로 대응표본 t-test, Borich 요구도, Locus for Focus 모델을 중심으로 요구도 분석을 실시하였다. 결과 연구결과 첫째, 예비유아교사는 디지털 역량 중 ‘디지털 사고력’과 ‘디지털 교육환경 운영’ 영역을 중요하게 고려되어야 할 영역으로 인식하고 있었다. 둘째, 각 영역별 우선순위를 산출한 결과, ‘디지털 시민의식’, ‘디지털 자료 활용’, ‘디지털 교육환경 운영’, ‘디지털 활용 소통’ 영역에서 최우선으로 고려되어야 할 요구가 나타났다. 결론 본 연구의 결과는 예비유아교사의 디지털 역량 지원방안과 교원양성과정에서의 교육방향을 위한 기초자료로서 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것이라 기대한다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study was to investigate early childhood pre-service teachers’ educational needs for digital competency. Methods We developed questions for digital competency survey according to the purpose of this study. Educational needs were analyzed based on paired-sample test, Borich need assessment, and the Locus for Focus Model. Results The results of this study can be summarized as follows. First, “Digital Thinking Ability” and “Digital Educational Environment Operation” were found to be important considered areas among digital competency of early childhood pre-service teachers. Second, as a result of analyzing the top and second priority for each area, “Digital Citizenship”, “Digital Data Utilization”, “Digital Educational Environment Operation” and “Digital Utilization Communication” was the top priority with needs. Conclusions This study provides basic data for the digital competency support plan for early childhood pre-service teachers and educational direction in the teacher training process.
