국문 초록

목적 본 연구의 목적은 미술치료 전공 학사과정에 개설된 미술재활현장실습 교과목을 통한 경험 및 역량변화를 확인하여 학습자인 예비 미술치료사의 역량 강화를 위한 실습 교과목의 전략을 수립하고 활성화하는 것에 있다. 방법 본 연구의 설문조사는 2023년 11월 K시에 위치한 C대학의 미술치료 전공 재학 및 졸업생 57명을 대상으로 실시되었다. 심층 인터뷰는 2023년 12월, 설문 참여 후 자발적으로 참여 의사를 밝힌 재학생 4명과 미술치료학과 교수자 2명을 대상으로 진행되었다. 본 연구의 설문조사 결과는 빈도분석을 실시하였으며, 인터뷰 결과는 4명의 연구자가 교차분석 후 범주화하여 결과를 도출하였다. 결과 본 연구의 결과는 첫째, 미술치료 학부 과정에 있어 미술재활현장실습이 필수적이라는 의견이 나타났다. 둘째, 미술재활현장실습 중 수퍼비전은 필수적이라는 의견이 나타났다. 셋째, 미술치료 전공 학부생은 미술재활현장실습을 통해 예비 미술치료사로서의 역량 강화를 경험하였다. 결론 본 연구 결과는 미술치료 전공 학부생의 미술재활현장실습을 통한 경험 및 역량변화를 확인한 점에서 의의가 있다. 본 연구가 미술치료학과 실습 교과목의 전략 수립 및 활성화에, 미술치료 전공 학부생의 비전 설계와 자기성찰에 도움이 되기를 기대한다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to examine the experiences and competency changes through the art therapy fieldwork in rehabilitation course within the art therapy undergraduate program, with the objective of establishing and activating strategies for enhancing the competency of prospective art therapists. Methods The survey for this study was conducted on 57 students and graduates of the art therapy major at C University located in K City in November 2023. In-depth interviews were conducted in December 2023 with four students and two art therapy professors who voluntarily expressed their intention to participate after participating in the survey. Frequency analysis was conducted on the survey results of this study, and the interview results were cross-analysed by four researchers and categorized to arrive at the results. Results First, the results of this study showed that art therapy fieldwork in rehabilitation is essential in art therapy undergraduate courses. Second, there was an opinion that supervision is essential during art therapy fieldwork in rehabilitation. Third, art therapy major undergraduate students experienced strengthening their capabilities as prospective art therapists through art therapy fieldwork in rehabilitation. Conclusions The results of this study are significant in that they confirmed the changes in experience and competency of art therapy major undergraduate students through art therapy fieldwork in rehabilitation. It is hoped that this study will be helpful in establishing and revitalizing art therapy fieldwork courses and in developing the vision and self-reflection of art therapy undergraduate students.
