초등학생의 진로개발역량 관련 변인 간 구조관계 분석

국문 초록

목적 이 연구의 목적은 진로개발역량과 진로활동 만족도, 학부모 관심도, 학습동기 및 자기주도학습 간의 구조적 관계를 분석하는데 있다. 방법 이 연구는 ‘초⋅중등 진로교육 현황조사(2018)’의 초등학생 자료 중 3,006명의 자료를 PASW SPSS 18.0과 AMOS 18.0 프로그램을 활용하여 진로개발역량관련 변인들의 상관관계, 기술통계, 측정모형, 구조모형, 다중매개효과 등을 분석하였다. 결과 첫째, 초등학생의 진로개발역량과 진로활동 만족도, 학부모 관심도, 학습동기 및 자기주도학습 간 인과관계에 대한 구조모형은 적합하였다. 둘째, 초등학생의 진로활동 만족도와 학부모 관심도는 학습동기에, 학습동기는 자기주도학습과 진로개발역량에, 자기주도학습은 진로개발역량에 정적으로 직접효과를 주었다. 셋째, 초등학생의 진로활동 만족도, 학부모 관심도는 진로개발역량에 학습동기 및 자기주도학습을 매개로 하여 정적으로 간접효과를 주었다. 결론 이러한 진로개발역량관련 변인들의 구조적 관계를 토대로 초등학교 진로교육활성화에 시사점을 제공하고 후속 연구를 제언하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study was to analyze the causal relationship among Career Development Competencies, Satisfaction of Career Activity Participation, Parental Interest, Learning Motivation, and Self-directed learning of elementary school students. Methods In the ‘School Career Education Survey (2018)’survey data, 3006 elementary school students were analyzed for correlation, descriptive statistics, measurement model, structural model, and multi-mediated effects using PASW SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0. Results The research results are as follows. First, the structural model of the causal relationship between Career Development Competencies, Satisfaction of Career Activity Participation, Parental Interest, Learning Motivation, and Self-directed learning of elementary school students was appropriate. Second, elementary school students' satisfaction with career activity Participation and parental interest had a direct and positive effect on their motivation to learn, their self-directed learning and career development competencies, and their self-directed learning directly on their career development competencies. Third, elementary school students' career satisfaction and parental interests had a static indirect effect on their career development competencies through the motivation of learning and self-directed learning. Conclusions Based on the results of this study, the study suggested implications for the activation of primary education and suggested further research.
