국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 사회인지진로이론의 관점에서 대학생이 지각한 부모의 자율성지지 및 성격과 진로결정자기효능감, 진로목표안정성, 진로준비행동의 구조적 관계를 확인하는데 목적이 있다. 방법 이를 위하여 전국의 대학생 402명을 대상으로 부모의 자율성지지, 외향성, 성실성, 개방성, 진로결정자기효능감, 진로목표안정성, 진로준비행동을 측정하였으며, SPSS 18.0과 AMOS 24.0을 사용해 구조방정식 모형 검증을 하였다. 다중매개모형 검증을 위해 가상변수인 팬텀 변수를 사용하였으며, 붓스트랩(bootstrap) 기법을 사용하여 간접효과의 유의미성을 검증하였다. 결과 첫째, 대학생이 지각한 부모의 자율성 지지와 진로준비행동의 관계에서 진로결정자기효능감과 진로목표안정성은 부분매개효과를 나타냈다. 둘째, 외향성과 진로준비행동의 관계에서 진로결정자기효능감과 진로목표안정성은 완전매개효과를 나타냈다. 셋째, 개방성과 진로준비행동의 관계에서 진로결정자기효능감과 진로목표안정성은 완전매개효과를 나타냈으며, 개방성은 진로목표안정성에도 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 성실성과 진로준비행동의 관계에서 진로결정자기효능감과 진로목표안정성은 부분매개효과를 나타냈으며, 성실성은 진로목표안정성에도 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 사회인지진로이론의 관점에서 부모의 자율성지지와 성격이 진로준비행동에 미치는 구조적 관계를 확인하였다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 연구에 대한 시사점과 후속 연구를 위한 제언을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study was to examine the structural relationships of college students’ perceived parental autonomy support and personality with career decision-making self-efficacy, stability of career goals, and career preparation behaviors from the perspective of the social cognitive career theory. Methods Parental autonomy support, extraversion, conscientiousness, openness, career decision-making selfefficacy, stability of career goals, and career preparation behaviors were measured in 402 college students. and structural equation model tests were conducted using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 24.0. Results First, career decision self-efficacy and career goal stability had a partial mediating effect on the relationship between college students' perceived parental autonomy support and career preparation behaviors. Second, career decision self-efficacy and career goal stability had a full mediating effect on the relationship between extraversion and career preparation behaviors. Third, the relationship between openness and career preparation behaviors had a full mediation effect on career decision self-efficacy and career goal stability, and openness had a direct effect on career goal stability. Fourth, the relationship between conscientiousness and career preparation behaviors showed a partial mediation effect between career decision self-efficacy and career goal stability, and conscientiousness had a direct effect on career goal stability. Conclusions The structural relationships between parental autonomy support and personality on career preparation behaviors were identified from the perspective of social cognitive career theory. Based on these findings, implications for the study and suggestions for further research are discussed.
