수행자의 미술치료 반응작업에서 그림의 수도적 가치에 대한 내러티브 탐구

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 한 아동 내담자와의 미술치료 과정에서 미술치료사의 반응작업이 미술치료사에게 자기성찰의 방법으로 자기 작품을 이용하는 것이 어떠한 의미인지를 이해하려는 것이다. 방법 이를 위해 10세 여자 아동 내담자와의 2021년 5월부터 11월까지 32회기와 2022년 6월부터 12월까지 28회기 총 60회기의 미술치료에 대한 기록들을 살펴보면서 성찰적 글쓰기와 자기 작품으로 반응작업을 실행하였으며, 이를 내러티브 탐구를 통해 경험을 재구성하였다. 결과 연구를 통해 도출된 5가지 경험의 의미는 ‘미술치료는 치료사의 자기성찰에서 시작되다’ ‘내담자를 위한 치료사의 기다림이 필요하다’ ‘수행자와 미술치료사로서의 정체성은 다르지 않다(不二)’ ‘미술치료 공간은 치료의 요소가 되다’ ‘공감으로 내담자를 이해하다’로 나타났다. 결론 본 연구는 미술치료사의 반응작업에서 자기성찰의 방법으로 ‘나는 누구인가?’라는 근원적인 물음으로 수행한 자기 작품을 이용하는 것은 미술치료사로서의 정체성을 더 공고히 하고 내담자와 완전한 공감을 이루었다는 점에서 그 의의가 있다. 이러한 내용을 바탕으로 본 연구의 의의와 제한점에 대하여 논의하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to understand what it means to use self-works in the art therapist's response art as a method of self-reflection to the art therapist in the art therapy process with a child client. Methods To this end, the records of a total 60 times art therapy, the 32 times from May to November 2021 and 28 times from June to December 2022, of a 10-year-old female client were examined, it was carried out with reflective writing and response art as self-works and the experience was reconstructed through narrative inquiry. Results The contents of the five experience's meanings derived through the study are as follows. ‘Art therapy begins with a therapist' self-reflection’ ‘Art therapist needs to wait for client’ ‘The identity as a practitioner and an art therapist is not different(不二)’ ‘Art therapy space become an element of therapy’ ‘Understand a client with empathy’. Conclusions This study is significant in that the art therapist's response art uses self-works performed by the fundamental question of ‘Who am I?’to the art therapist as a way of self-reflection to further solidify his identity as an art therapist and fully empathize with the client. Based on the results, the implications and limitations of the study were discussed.
