간호학과 신입생의 무망감과 행복의 관계에서 긍정심리자본과 사회적지지의 다중매개효과

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 간호학과 신입생의 무망감, 긍정심리자본, 사회적지지가 행복에 미치는 영향력을 확인하고, 무망감과 행복의 관계에서 긍정심리자본과 사회적지지의 다중매개효과를 확인하기 위함이다. 방법 연구대상은 G시에 소재한 2개 대학의 간호학과 신입생 179명을 대상으로 2023년 7월 1일부터 7월 31일까지 설문조사를 실시하였다. 자료분석은 은 SPSS/WIN 23.0 프로그램을 활용하여 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, 상관관계를 확인하였다. 그리고 PROCESS macro for SPSS version의 Model 4를 사용하여 긍정심리자본과 사회적지지의 매개효과를 확인하였다. 결과 간호학과 신입생의 무망감은 긍정심리자본(r=-.48, p<.001), 사회적지지(r=-.49, p<.001), 행복(r=-.51, p<.001)에 유의한 부적 상관이 있었고, 행복은 긍정심리자본(r=.65, p<.001)과 사회적지지(r=.72, p<.001)와는 정적 상관이, 긍정심리자본은 사회적지지(r=67, p<.001)에 정적 상관이 있었다. 무망감과 행복의 관계에서 긍정심리자본(B=.006, p=.002)과 사회적지지(B=.424, p<.001)는 부분매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 간호학과 신입생의 행복 증진시키기 위한 방안으로 논의 및 시사점을 제시하였다. 즉, 간호학과 신입생이 능동적 활동참여와 문제해결의 경험을 통해 행복을 증진시킬 방안 마련, 대학내의 다양한 인간관계 형성과 상호작용을 위한 프로그램의 개발 등 다차원적 개입방안을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of hopelessness, positive psychological capital, and social support on happiness among nursing freshman, and to verify the multi-mediating effects of positive psychological capital and social support in the relationship between hopelessness and happiness. Methods The subjects of this study were 179 nursing freshmen from two universities in G city. A survey was conducted from July 1st to July 31th, 2023. Data analysis was performed using SPSS/WIN 23.0 program to confirm descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, and correlation. And PROCESS macro for SPSS version’s Model 4 was used to verify the mediation effects of positive psychological capital and social support. Results Nursing freshmen hopelessness had a significant negative correlation on positive psychological capital(r=-.48, p<.001), social support(r=-.49, p<.001) and happiness(r=-.51, p<.001). There was a significant negative correlation between happiness and positive psychological capital(r=.65, p<.001) and social support (r=.72, p<.001), and positive psychological capital was positive correlated with social support. positive psychological capital(b=.006, p=.002) and social support(b=.424, p<.001) were found to partially mediated the relationship between hopelessness and happiness. Conclusions Based on the results of this study, we discussed and suggested implications for enhancing happiness among nursing freshmen. That is, we suggested multidimensional intervention strategies such as creating opportunities for nursing freshmen to participate in active activities and experience problem-solving to enhance happiness, developing programs for forming various human relationships and interactions within the university.
