국문 초록

본 연구는 여자대학생이 지각하는 우울과 학업소진의 관계에서 회복탄력성의 매개효과를 검증하는 것을목적으로 하였다. 수도권 및 비수도권 여자대학생을 대상으로 우울, 학업소진, 회복탄력성에 대한 설문을 실시하여 수집한 자료 중 178부를 분석하였다. SPSS 18.0을 사용하여 상관분석과 위계적 회귀분석을 실시한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 우울과 학업소진 사이에는 정적 상관관계, 우울과 회복탄력성 사이에는 부적 상관관계, 회복탄력성과 학업소진 사이에는 부적 상관관계가 있었다. 둘째, 여자대학생이지각하는 우울과 학업소진의 관계에서 회복탄력성은 완전매개효과를 나타냈다. 본 연구결과의 의의는대학생의 학업소진을 효과적으로 다루기 위한 지도나 상담프로그램의 방향과 내용을 제시하는 기초자료를 제공했다는 데에 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to verify the mediating effect of resilience in the relationship between depression and academic burnout perceived by female college students. A survey was conducted on female college students in the metropolitan area and non-metropolitan areas on depression, academic burnout, and resilience, and 178 copies of the collected data were analyzed. The results of correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis using SPSS 18.0 are as follows. First, there was a positive correlation between depression and academic burnout, a negative correlation between depression and resilience, and a negative correlation between resilience and academic burnout. Second, resilience showed a complete mediating effect in the relationship between depression perceived by female college students and academic burnout. The significance of the results of this study is that it provided basic data to present the direction and contents of guidance or counseling programs to effectively deal with academic burnout of college students.
