경력단절여성에게 필요한 성인역량에 관한 요구분석

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 주요 정책 대상인 경력단절여성의 성인역량에 대한 요구를 분석하고, 우선순위역량에대한 정보를 제공하는 것이다. 본 연구를 위해 전국 17개 시․도에 거주하는 성인을 근접모집단으로설정하고 층화임의추출법으로 표집을 실시했으며, 본 연구에서 설정한 경력단절여성의 정의에 따라 총241명을 대상으로 분석을 실시했다. 연구방법으로 조대연(2009)이 제시한 요구의 우선순위 결정 방법인t검정, Borich 요구도, The Locus for Focus (LFF) 모델을 단계적으로 적용하여 분석했다. 분석 결과, Borich 요구도와 LFF 모델에 공통으로 속하는 역량은 10개였으며, 최우선순위 역량으로 재무관리역량과 디지털활용역량이 도출되었다. 다음으로 두 개의 방법 중 어느 한쪽에만 해당하는 역량은 차순위역량(갈등관리역량, 건강관리역량, 리더십역량, 문제해결역량, 문화예술역량, 창의융합역량, 자기계발역량, 비판적사고역량)으로 선정했다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 향후 경력단절여성을 대상으로 한 맞춤형평생교육 프로그램 개발 등의 시사점을 제안했다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this paper is to perform the needs analysis of adult competencies for career interrupted women and to provide information on priority group competencies of them. The subjects of this study were 241 women in 17 cities and provinces across the country, and sampling was conducted using a stratified random sampling method. For the research method, the t-test, Borich needs assessment, and The Locus for Focus model suggested by Cho (2009) were systemically employed to identify the priorities. As a result of the analysis, there were 10 competencies belonging to both the Borich needs assessment and The Locus for Focus model, and two competencies among them, financial management competency and digital utilization competency, were derived as the highest priority competencies. Next, competencies corresponding to only one of the two techniques were selected as second priority competencies. Based on the results of this study, implications for development of customized lifelong education programs for career interrupted women were suggested.
