학습민첩성이 군사학전공 대학생의 이러닝 학습몰입도에 미 치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 학습민첩성이 군사학전공 대학생의 이러닝 학습몰입도에 미치는 영향을 실증하는 것이다. 이를 위해 2021년 10월부터 2022년 5월까지 경기도 Y대학교, 충청북도 W대학교 및 전라남도 C 대학교 군사학전공 대학생 221명을 대상으로 박정열(2019) 등 검증된 진단도구를 활용하여 구조화된설문을 진행한 후 SPSS 통계 패키지 프로그램으로 분석하였다. 학습민첩성과 그 하위요소를 영향변인으로, 학습몰입도를 결과변인으로 다중회귀분석한 결과, 학습민첩성이 학습몰입도에 미치는 영향은 유의하였으며 특히 하위요인인 ‘비판적 성찰’이 정적인 영향을 미치고 있었다. 이는 다양한 관점으로 학습결과를 피드백하고 교훈을 포착하는 활동(비판적 성찰)의 증가를 통해 학습민첩성과 이러닝 학습몰입도를 증진시킬 수 있음을 의미하며, 고등교육과 직업교육을 동시에 하는 군사학전공 대학생의 특성이 반영된 것으로 해석할 수 있다. 기타 연구의 의의와 시사점, 한계와 향후 연구 방향에 대해 논하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the effect of learning agility on e-learning flow in university student in the department of military studies. For this purpose, a structured questionnaire was conducted using verified diagnostic tools such as Park Jeong-yeol (2019) for 221 college students, and then analyzed using the SPSS 26 statistical package program. As a result of multiple regression analysis of learning agility and its sub-elements as an influence variable and learning flow as an outcome variable, the effect of learning agility on learning immersion was significant, and 'critical reflection' had a positive effect on the sub-factor. This means that learning agility and e-learning flow can be improved through an increase in activities (for critical reflecting). It can be interpreted as reflecting the characteristics of the university student in the Department of Military Studies, which provides both higher education and vocational education at the same time. The significance, implications, limitations, and future research directions of other studies were discussed.
