국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 교양교육의 강의 질 제고를 위한 방안으로서 우수교양강의인증제의 실행 내용과 개선 방안 등을 살펴보는 데 있다. 이것은 강의평가 결과의 정량 값(30%) 및 교원과 학생의 정성평가(70%)를 종합하여 선정하고 개선 노력이 돋보이는 교과목을 발굴 및 공유함으로써 교수자들의 교과목발전 의지를 제고하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 2019년에 사전 시행 준비를 거쳐 2020, 2021학년도에공모를 실시하고 신청한 각 9개의 교양 교과를 심사하여 각 4개 교과를 선정하였다. 선정된 교과는2020학년도 심화교양 3개, 인성 1개 교과, 2021학년도 심화교양 4개 교과였다. 해당 교과는 향후 2년간 우수교양강의로 인증되었고 담당 교수자는 포상 및 증서를 받았고 교강사 워크숍에서 우수 사례로발표하여 교수 전략과 노하우를 공유하였다. 본 연구를 통해 우수한 교양 강의를 선정, 발굴하는 것과함께 교수자의 강의 개선 노력을 독려하고 이를 확산하는 것이 중요함을 확인할 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the implementation and improvement plans of the excellent liberal arts lecture certification system as a way to improve the lecture quality of liberal arts education. This is to enhance instructors' willingness to develop subjects by combining quantitative values (30%) of lecture evaluation results and qualitative evaluation of professors and students (70%) and discovering and sharing subjects that show outstanding improvement efforts. To this end, through a preliminary implementation plan in 2019, each contest was held in 2020 and 2021, and each of nine liberal arts subjects applied were reviewed and four subjects were selected. The subjects included 3 advanced liberal arts subjects, 1 personality subject in 2020, and 4 advanced liberal arts subjects in 2021. The subjects were certified for the next two years, and the instructors received rewards and certificates, and presented them as excellent cases at the instructor workshop to share teaching strategies and know-how. Through this study, it can be confirmed that it is important not only to select and discover excellent liberal arts lectures, but also to encourage and spread instructors' efforts to improve lectures.
