예비 중등특수교사의 체육학습공동체 활동경험과 교사교육관점에서의 교육적 의미 탐색

국문 초록

본 연구는 예비 중등특수교사들이 어떠한 교육적 신념과 가치관을 갖고 참여하는 지, 그리고 체육학습공동체 활동에서 어떠한 활동을 경험하는지, 체육학습공동체 활동의 교육적 의미와 실천가능성을 교사교육의 관점에서 살펴보고자 하였다. 그래서 2019년 3월부터 10월까지 C도에 소재한 K대학교에서 질적 사례연구에 기초하여 연구를 진행하였다. 자료 수집은 심층면담, 자극회상질문법, 이메일 교환, 체육학습공동체 일지와 같은 문서자료 수집 등의 방법을 활용하였다. 수집한 자료는 사례 기록 분석과 귀납적 분석 방법을 사용하여 예비 중등특수교사들의 체육학습공동체 참여동기와 활동경험, 그에 따른 교육적 의미를 분석하고 이해 및 해석하고자 노력하였다. 예비 중등특수교사들의 체육학습공동체 참여 동기는 ‘내적 동기: 새로운 학습경 험과 역량 기르기’, ‘외적 동기: 학습동반자 맺기’, 체육학습공동체의 활동경험은 ‘자율성: 성장과 변화’, ‘동료애: 함께 책임지고, 함께 가르치는 우리’, ‘집단지성: 공동의 사고를 통한 앎 확장’으로 나타났다. 또한 체육학습공동체의 교육적 의미는 ‘비공식적 교육과정: 협력적 학습문화의 커뮤니티’, ‘체험학습: 수평적인 소통과 숙의를 통한 체험적 이해’, ‘배움의 참맛: 동행을 통한 정체성 형성’으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was not only to investigate what activities the pre-secondary special teachers experience, but also to interpretate the educational meaning inherent in their experiences in the Learning Community. The field work for this study based on qualitative research method was conducted by researcher at the Learning Community (tentatively named for this research) from March in 2019 to october in 2019. Datas were collected three dimensions of participant observation, in-depth interviews, field note. They were analyzed with analysis methods of case records analysis and inductive category Analysis . The findings were as followings: The motivations of participating in the physical education learning community of the pre-service special education teachers were internal motivation: new learning experience and capacity development , external motivation: learning companionship , and the activity experience of the physical education learning community were autonomy: growth and change , peership: us responsible and teaching together , group intelligence: expansion of awareness through common thinking . Also, the educational meaning of the physical education learning community was unofficial curriculum: community of cooperative learning culture , experience learning: experiential understanding through horizontal communication and deliberation , real taste of learning: formation of identity through companionship .
