통합된 발달지체유아의 사회적 상호작용 중재에 대한 연구동향 분석: 국내 단일대상연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 2000년 1월부터 2019년 3월까지 통합된 발달지체유아의 사회적 상호작용 중재를 실시한 단일대상연구의 연구동향을 분석하여 실제 발달지체유아가 있는 학급이나 임상장면에서 활용할 수 있는 증거 기반의 사회적 상호작용 중재 유형, 중 재 회기, 중재 환경, 중재자와 같은 실제적 정보를 제공하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이에 국내 학술지에 게재된 통합된 발달지체유아의 사회적 상호작용 중재를 수행한 단일대상연구 21편을 일반적 특성에 의한 분석, 증거기반의 지표에 따른 분석, 비중복 비율(PND)을 이용하여 효과크기 분석을 하였다. 일반적 특성에 대한 분석 기준으로는 연구동향, 연구 설계 특성에 대해 분석하였고, 증거기반의 지표에 따른 분석은 CEC (2014)에서 개발한 질적 지표 중에서 단일대상 연구방법에 해당하는 8가지 영 역의 22개 문항을 분석하였다. 또한, 비중복 비율(PND)을 이용하여 중재회기, 중재자, 중재 환경, 독립변인, 종속변인의 효과크기를 분석하여 결과를 제시하였다. 끝으로 이러한 연구의 결과를 기반으로 통합된 발달지체유아의 사회적 상호작용 추후연 구를 위한 방향 및 논의를 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to provide practical information such as evidence-based social interaction intervention types, intervention agent, intervention sessions, and ntervention settings that can be used in classrooms or clinical settings with young children with developmental delays through research trends of single-subject research about social interaction interventions between January 2000 and march 2009. For this purpose, 21 single-subject studies that conducted integrated social interaction ntervention of young children with developmental delays published in Korean journal articles were analyzed based on general characteristics, analyzed according to evidence-based indicators, and effect size analysis using non-redundant ratio (PND). The analysis criteria for general characteristics are tendency of research and research design characteristics. The analysis of evidence-based indicators analyzed 22 questions in eight areas of quality indicators developed by CEC (2014), corresponding to a single subject research method. In addition, the effect size using the non-redundant ratio (PND) was presented by analyzing the intervention session, intervention agent, ntervention environment, independent variable, dependent variable. Finally, based on the results of these studies, the orientation and discussion for follow-up study of integrated social interactions of young children with developmental delays was presented.
