국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 원전지역 주민참여형 에너지교육 프로그램의 적용 효과성을 규명해보고자 하는 것이다. 프로그램 효과성 검증은 프로그램 참가자의 에너지 관련역량 증진 정도에 대한 평가, 프로그램 자체에 대한 CIPP 평가, 프로그램에 대한 만 족도 조사 등의 세 가지 접근으로 이루어졌다. 연구결과 첫째, 본 프로그램 참여자들의 에너지 관련역량은 경제적 비용 인식, 환경 보전 인식, 에너지 절약 의식, 에너지 절약 행동 등에서 통계적으로 유의미한 성장을 이루었다. 둘째, CIPP 평가에서는 산출평가가 가장 높이 나타났다. 셋째, 프로그램 총괄 평가는 프로그램 유용성 및 가치, 교육방법, 교육평가, 진행과정 중 ‘프로그램의 유용성 및 가치’가 가장 높게 나타났다. 결론적으로 본 연구결과는 원전지역 주민들을 참여시키는 에너지교육 프로램 개발의 필요성과 함께 프로그램 활성화를 위한 교육적, 정책적 방안 모색의 필요성을 시사한다.

영문 초록

The program effectiveness test was divided into three parts: an evaluation of the program participant s energy - related capacity enhancement, a CIPP evaluation of the program itself, and a general evaluation of the program. Research Results Through this program, learners achieved statistically significant growth in economic cost recognition, environmental conservation awareness, energy conservation consciousness and energy saving behavior. In the CIPP evaluation, output estimates were higher than expected. The CIPP evaluation model is judged to be an evaluation model suitable for the energy community and energy democracy to pursue in this study because it voluntarily evaluates the decision making and academic achievement of the learner who participated in the education rather than the evaluation by the instructor. The overall program evaluation was divided into program usability and value, education method, evaluation of education, and progress. As a result of evaluation, utility and value of program was the highest. Through this study, it is expected that it will provide educational and policy implications on the formation of energy community for residents of nuclear power plant and the development of education program to raise energy related capacity of residents of nuclear power plant.
