미용교육 현장실습 구성요인이 만족도 및 진로행동에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구의 연구자들은 2017년 4월 6일부터 26일까지 서울․인천․경기지역의 미용교육 관련 지도교사 55명, 실습생 108명, 현장실습지도자 103명 총 266명(응답율 100%)을 대상으로 온·오프라인 및 53개의 미용 산업체 방문을 통해 미용교육 현장실 습 실태, 구성 하위요인에 대한 인식을 조사하고 현장실습 구성 하위요인이 교육 만족도 및 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향을 파악하여 합리적인 현장 실습운영과 진로준비행동에 대한 방향을 설정하여 진로 준비에 도움이 될 수 있는 요인을 탐색하였다. 현장실습 프로그램 지도 및 상담 횟수, 지도내용, 현장실습 지원, 근로조건에 대한 인식에서 대상별 유의한 차이가 있었고 현장실습 하위요인 중 실습생 특성에 대하여 실습생은 높게, 현장실습지도자는 낮게 평가하였다. 학교지원에 대하여 지도교사는 높게, 현장실습지도자는 낮게 평가하였고(p<0.001) 실습생은 산업체 직원에게 가장 어려움을 느껴 직원 간 소통의 중요성을 알 수 있었다(p<0.001). 또한 현장실습 구성 하위요인이 현장실습 운영, 학교 지원, 산업체 근무환경 순으로 만족도와 진로준비행동에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다(p<0.05). 결론적으로 현장실습에 대하여 학교 지도교사, 실습생, 현장 실습지도자 사이에 인식 차이가 있었고 현장실습 운영프로그램, 학교 지원이 현장실습 만족도, 진로준비행동에 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수있었다. 따라서 산업체와 학교가 실습생과 현장실습 지도자 간의 관계 개선 방안을 찾고 산학연계 교육 프로그램, 현장실습 매뉴얼을 개발하여 현장실습 운영과 진로준비행동의 효과를 높여야 할 것으로 사료된다.

영문 초록

We investigate the actual conditions of field practice and recognition of sub-factors in beauty education and identify the effects of sub-factors of field practice on educational satisfaction and career preparation behaviors, and set up directions for rational on-site training and career preparation behaviors, through on & off - line survey and visiting 53 companies for 55 instructors, 108 students and 103 field practice instructors, total 266 repondents (100% of respondents) for beauty education instructors in the Seoul, Incheon and Gyeonggi area from April 6 to 26, 2017. There was a significant difference between the subjects in the field practice programs instruction and counseling frequency, instruction contents, field practice support, and recognition of working conditions among the sub factors of the field practice, the students highly evaluated about the characteristics of students and the instructor highly evaluated about the school support(p<0.001). The students had the most difficult with industrial workers, so it meaned the importance of communication among them (p<0.001). Also, sub factor of field practice was positively (+) effect on satisfaction and career preparation behavior in order of field practice, school support, and industrial work environment (p <0.05). In conclusion, there was a perceptions difference of beauty education school or field instructors and students, field practice program and school support affected satisfaction of field practice and career preparation behavior. Therefore, it is considered that fields and schools are improving of the relationship between instructors and students and improving effects of ield practice programs and career preparation behaviors for developing field-education related programs and field practice manuals.
