예비 국어교사의 수업 실연 경험과 수업 어려움 연구

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 예비 국어교사의 수업 역량을 신장시키기 위한 지도 내용이 무엇인지를 탐색하는 것이다. 연구 문제는 예비 국어교사가 수업 설계 과정에서 고려하는 요소는 무엇인가와 예비국어교사가 수업 설계와 수업 실연에서 겪는 어려움은 무 엇인가이다. 이 연구 문제를 탐구하기 위해 2018년 2학기 A대학의 3개 강의에서 이루어진 수업 실연에 참여한 학생들 78명이 쓴 수업 성찰 일지를 분석하였다. 분석의 기준은 선행연구와 주제어 추출 과정을 거쳐 설정하였고, 수업 설계에서 고려한 점, 수업 어려움, 성찰의 내용을 분석 기준으로 수업 성찰 일지를 분석하였다. 예비 국어교사들이 수업 설계에서 고려하는 요소는 교수 학습 이론(57.69%), 수업 활동 설계(51.28%), 교육과정(51.28%), 교과서(48.72%), 학습자 이해(47.44%) 관련 요소들이었 다. 예비 국어교사들은 수업을 할 때 겪는 어려움 중 드러난 어려움에는 표현(61.54%), 수업 활동 전개(42.31%), 수업 활동 설계(37.18%), 학습자 이해(29.49%) 등이 있었다. 감춰진 어려움에는 긴장과 불안, 수업 실연에 대한 어색함, 부담감 등이 있었고, 58.97%가 겪고 있다고 응답하였다. 예비 국어교사들이 수업 실연 후 성찰하는 내용은 만족감보다 아쉬움과 부족함이 높게 나타났다. 수업 역량 신장을 위해서 국어과의 특수성을 반영한 수업 설계와 실행의 방법에 대한 연구, 교생실습의 개선, 예비 국어교사의 수업 효능감을 높이기 위한 지도가 필요하다.

영문 초록

This study s purpose is to search what teaching content is to increase pre-service Korean language teacher s instructional competence. The study s question is what the element is that pre-service Korean language teachers consider in planning lessons and the difficulties they experience in planning and demonstrating lessons. To search for this study s theme, I analyzed the 78 students lesson reflection logs who participated in lesson demonstration at 3 lectures in A university in 2nd semester 2018. The analysis standard is set up through pre-study and emerged theme and I analyzed the lesson reflection logs under the standard of the considerated points of instruction, the difficulties of teaching and the content of reflection. The elements that the pre-service Korean language teachers consider are teaching and learning theory(57.69%), design class activity(51.28%), curriculum(51.28%), textbook(48.72%) and understanding learner(47.44%). Among the difficulties that they experience in teaching lessons, open difficulties are expression(61.54%), running class activity(42.31%), design class activity(37.18%) and understanding learner(29.49%). 58.97% of research participants have hidden difficulties and the hidden difficulties are tension, anxiety, awkwardness and pressure. The pre-service Korean language teachers reflected on their regret and insufficiency after demonstrating lessons. It is necessary to research on planning and demonstrating Korean language lessons, improvement of doing student teaching, and teach them to find their strengths to increase their lesson efficacy.
