현직 국어교사와 예비 국어교사의 학생 글 평가 특성의 비교

국문 초록

이 연구는 쓰기 평가 연습 프로그램을 활용하여 현직 국어교사와 예비 국어교사의 평가 특성을 탐색하고 집단 간 차이를 분석하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 현직국어교사 30명, 예비 국어교사 30명에게 Python을 기반으로 개발한 쓰기 평가 연습 프로그램을 적용하여 학생 글을 평가하게 한 후, 평가 시간 및 정답 수를 중심으로두 집단의 쓰기 평가 특성의 차이를 분석하였다. 쓰기 평가의 특성을 세밀하게 파악하기 위해 연구 참여자와의 개별 설문 및 심층 인터뷰를 추가로 실시하였다. 분석 결 과는 다음과 같다. 먼저, 점수 추정 연습 과정에서 예비 국어교사가 현직 국어교사보다 쓰기 평가를 더 빨리 수행하였다. 컴퓨터 환경에 대한 익숙함의 차이가 평가 시간에 영향을 미친 것으로 보인다. 등급 추정 연습 과정에서는 현직 국어교사가 예비 국어교사보다 맞힌 정답의 수가 더 많았으며, 두 집단 모두 학생 글 수준에 따른 정답률 분포 차이는 크지 않았다. 횟수 누적에 따른 평가 특성에서 현직 국어교사와 예비 국어교사는 평가 경험 등에 따른 차이가 발견되었다. 이 연구에서 분석한 결과는 이후 평가자의 쓰기 평가 전문성 신장, 그리고 예비 국어교사 양성 과정의 내실화에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the grading characteristics of in-service Korean language teachers and pre-service Korean language teachers using the writing assessment practice program and to analyze the differences between groups. For this purpose,a writing assessment practice program developed based on Python was applied to 30 in-service Korean language teachers and 30 pre-service Korean language teachers to assess student writing, and the difference of writing assessment characteristics of the two groups was analyzed focusing on the assessment time and the number of correct answers. The results of the analysis are as follows: First, pre-service Korean language teachers performed writing assessment faster than in-service Korean language teachers in the course of score estimation practice. In the process of practicing score estimation, In the course of grade estimation practice, the number of correct answers that the in-service Korean language teachers hit more than the preliminary Korean language teachers was higher, and the difference in the distribution of correct answer rate according to the student writing level was not large in both groups. Lastly, In the assessment characteristics according to the cumulative number, there was a difference between the in-service Korean language teachers and the pre-service Korean language teachers according to the assessment experience. The results of this study will contribute to the improvement of the assessment professionalism of the rater and the improvement of the preliminary Korean language teacher training process.
