교육학에서의 전문성 관련 연구 동향 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 인구절벽, 4차 산업혁명 등 급변하는 교육생태계 변화에 맞추어 교육학분야에서의 전문성 관련 연구 동향을 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 최근 10년(2008년~2018년) 동안 KCI 교육학분야 등재지에 “전문성”을 제목에 사용한 국내 학 술지 280편의 키워드 1,093개의 네트워크 분석을 실시하였다. 분석은 NetMiner를 사용하였으며, 상위 키워드 빈도분석, 중심성 분석, 커뮤니티 분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교육학분야의 전문성 관련 연구는 교원, 유아, 교과(수업)관련 학술지에서 전문성 개발방안, 전문성구성요소, 전문성개발 지원환경 등 다양한 영역을 포괄하여 이루어져왔다. 둘째, 교육학 분야 전문성 관련 연구는 교사전문성, 수업전문성을 핵심으로 이를 개발하기 위해 협력, 학습공동체, 실천공동체, 교사연수, 인디스쿨 등이 활용되고 있었다. 셋째, 전문성 연구분야는 전문성평가, 교사의 전문성개발 방안, 교사수업전문성, 전문성 구성요인과 지원방안, 수업현장에서의 전문성개발 등 5개의 영역을 중심으로 이루어지고 있었다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 미래교육환경 변화에 적극적으로 대응하기 위한 전문성개발 지원 준비가 필요하다는 점을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

This study is aimed at identifying the trends and issues of expertise in educational research by using the keyword network analysis methodology and at providing the implications of future corporate education and training in the fourth industrial revolution. We analyzed 1,093 keywords from 280 papers published in Educational Research from 2008 to 2018. The results of the study are as follows: First, expertise research in the field of pedagogy has been conducted steadily for the past 10 years, and this body of research has mainly focused on teachers, children, and academic journals. Second, expertise research has covered various areas such as professionalism, the components of professionalism, and the professional development support environment. Third, as a result of the analysis of centrality, pedagogical expertise has been the core of teacher professionalism and teaching expertise, cooperation, the learning community, the practice community, teacher training, and indie schools. In conclusion, the results of this study provide valuable insights toward enabling an understanding of research.
