임상간호사가 인식한 관리자의 변혁적 리더십, 안전분위기, 비판적 사고성향이 투약안전역량에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

목적 본 연구의 목적은 임상 간호사가 인식한 관리자의 변혁적 리더십, 안전분위기, 비판적 사고성향이 투약안전역량에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하고 시도된 연구이다. 방법 본 연구는 서술적 조사연구이며 종합병원에 3개월 이상 근무한 간호사를 대상으로 2023년 6월 13일부터 6월 22일까지 온라인 설문조사로 진행되었다. 자료분석은 SPSS WIN 26.0 Program을 사용하여 분석하였고, 기술통계, Independent t-test, One-way ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, multiple regression analysis를 이용하여 분석하였다. 결과 임상간호사의 투약안전역량은 관리자의 변혁적 리더십(r=.23, p=.006), 안전분위기(r=.31, p<.001), 비판적 사고성향(r=.55, p <.001)과 정적 상관관계가 있었다. 투약안전역량에 미치는 요인은 비판적 사고성향(β=.59, p<.001), 안전분위기(β= .24, p=.017) 순으로 확인되었다. 이들 변수들은 투약안전역량을 38.4% 설명하였다(F=30.50, p<.001). 결론 임상간호사의 투약안전역량을 증진시키기 위해서는 의료기관에서 조직차원의 안전분위기 조성을 위한 노력이 필요하며 임상간호사의 비판적 사고성향을 향상시킬 수 있는 교육프로그램 개발과 적용이 고려되어져야 한다.

영문 초록

Objectives This purpose of this study was to investigate the influences of transformational leadership of nurse manager, safety climate, and critical thinking disposition on clinical nurses’ medication safety competence. Methods A descriptive survey were conducted among 143 hospital nurses with more than 3months for work experiences in general hospitals . Data were collected from June 13 to June 22, 2022 and analyzed using the independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficients, and multiple regression using SPSS 26.0 program. Results Medication safety competence had significant correlation with transformational leadership of nurse manager(r=.23, p=.006), safety climate(r=.31, p<.001), critical thinking disposition(r=.55, p<.001). Critical thinking disposition(β=.59, p<.001), safety climate(β=.24, p=.017) were identified as factors influencing medication safety competence. This factors explained 38.4% of nurse’s medication safety competence(p<.001). Conclusions In oder to improve th medication safety competence of clinical nurses, it is considered necessary to make efforts to create a safety climate at the organizational level in medical institutions and to develop and apply eductional programs that can improve the critical thinking disposition.
