국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 온라인 학습환경에서 간호대학생의 자기주도학습능력의 잠재유형을 분류하고, 각 유형 분류에 영향을 미치는 교수실재감, 학업성취도, 학업탄력성 및 인지된 상호작용의 관계를 검증할 목적으로 수행되었다. 방법 온라인 수업환경에 있는 J도에 소재한 일대학 간호대학생 250명의 자료를 사용하여 자기주도학습능력의 잠재프로파일을 분석하였고, 잠재프로파일과 변인간의 차이 및 영향에 미치는 요인 검증을 위해 LPA, ANOVA, 다항 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 결과 자기주도학습능력의 하위요인별 추정치를 기준으로 4개의 집단으로 분류되었으며, 자기주도학습능력의 잠재프로파일유형에 따른 일반적 특성 및 변인간 차이에 대한 검증 결과, 잠재프로파일유형은 수업참여도, 전공만족도, 학업성취도, 교수실재감, 학업탄력성, 인지된 상호작용에 유의미한 차이가 있었다. ‘자기주도학습 유지집단’에서는 학년이 높을수록 이 집단으로 분류될 가능성이 2.3배 높게 나타났다. 결론 본 연구는 간호대학생의 자기주도학습능력을 향상시키기 위해 학업성취도, 학업탄력성을 고려하되 학습자의 학년 수준 및 참여 정도를 함께 고려해야 할 필요가 있음을 확인하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study was conducted with the purpose of classifying the latent types of self-directed learning ability of nursing students in an online learning environment, and verifying the relationship between the teaching presence, academic achievement, academic resilience and perceived interaction that affect each type classification. Methods The potential profile of self-directed learning ability was analyzed using the data of 250 nursing students from one university located in J province in an online class environment. LPA, ANOVA, and multinomial logistic regression analysis were conducted to verify the difference between the latent profile and the variable and the factors affecting the effect. Results It was classified into 4 groups based on the estimated sub-factors of self-directed learning ability, and the results of verification of general characteristics and differences between variables according to latent profile types of self-directed learning ability, and latent profile types were class participation, major satisfaction , academic achievement, perception of real teaching, academic resilience, and perceived interaction were significantly different. In the ‘self-directed learning maintenance group’, the higher the grade, the higher the probability of being classified in this group by 2.3 times. Conclusions According to the result of analysis, it was suggested that it is necessary to consider academic achievement and academic resilience in order to improve the self-directed learning ability of nursing students, but also consider the learner's grade level and degree of participation.
