간호대학생의 감염관리 인지도와 환자안전 역량이 환자안전관리 활동에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 감염관리 인지도와 환자안전 역량, 환자안전관리 활동을 파악하고 환자안전관리 활동에 미치는 영향 요인을 규명하여 교육프로그램 개발에 기초자료를 제시하고자 하였다. 방법 본 연구는 서술적 조사연구로 2022년 10월부터 12월까지 일 지역 두 개 대학의 간호학과 재학생 279명의 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 평균과 표준편차, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficients, multiple regression analysis로 분석하였다. 결과 본 연구대상자의 감염관리 인지도는 평균 4.74점, 환자안전역량은 평균 3.86점, 환자안전관리 활동은 평균 4.53점으로 나타났다. 환자안전관리 활동은 학년(F=3.05, p<.001), 환자안전교육 경험(F=1.77, p <.001)에서 유의한 차이가 나타났으며 환자안전관리 활동은 감염관리 인지도(r=.55, p<.001)와 환자안전역량(r=.49, p<.001)과 양의 상관관계가 있었다. 간호대학생의 환자안전관리 활동에 영향을 미치는 요인은 환자안전교육 경험(β=.02, p=.04), 감염관리 인지도(β=.45, p<.001), 환자안적역량(β= .32, p<.001)이며 설명력은 44.4%이었다. 결론 본 연구 결과 간호대학생의 환자안전관리 활동을 증진하기 위하여 감염관리 인지도와 환자안전역량을 향상하기 위한 교육프로그램 개발이 필요하다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to identify nursing students' level of awerence of infection control, patient safety competencies and patient safety management activity and to identify factors that affect the patient safety management activity of nursing students. Methods This study a descriptive research, method and was conducted from October to December, 2022, with 279 nursing students from two colleges. The collected data were analyzed by frequency and percentage, independent t-test, one way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and multiple regression. All analyzes were conducted using SPSS 22.0. Results The results of the multiple regression analysis showed that the regression model was significant (F=58.18, p<.001) and that experience in patient safety education (β=.02, p=.034), awareness of the infection control (β=.45, p<.001), and patient safety competency (β=.32, p<.001) explained 44.4% of nursing students' patient safety management activity. Conclusions The result of imply the need to develop an education program to improve the awareness of infection control and patient safety competency, which will enhance the performance of patient safety management activity of nursing students.
