코로나19 시대에 원격교육을 경험한 간호대학생의 학습관련 자기주도성, 사회지능이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 코로나19 시대에 원격교육을 경험한 3,4학년 간호대학생을 대상으로 학습관련 자기주도성, 사회지능, 진로준비행동 정도를 파악하고 학습관련 자기주도성과 사회지능이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위함이다. 방법 편의 표본 추출한 3개 지역의 3,4학년 간호대학생 175명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문을 이용하여 2022년 12월 13일부터 12월 23일까지 자료수집을 하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 27.0 통계프로그램을 사용하여 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, hierarchical regression analysis로 분석하였다. 결과 학습관련 자기주도성은 사회지능(r=.54, p<.001), 진로준비행동(r=.52, p<.001)과 통계적으로 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있었다. 사회지능은 진로준비행동(r=.41, p<.001)과 통계적으로 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 위계적 회귀분석 결과 진로준비행동에 유의하게 영향을 미치는 요인은 학습관련 자기주도성(β=.37, p<.001), 사회지능(β=.19, p=.014)으로 나타났다. 이들 변수의 전체 설명력은 28.0%였다. 결론 간호대학생의 진로준비행동을 위해 학습관련 자기주도성과 사회지능을 향상시킬 수 있는 다양한 프로그램의 개발과 적용이 요구된다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study is to identify the degree of self-directed learning readiness, social intelligence, career preparation behavior and to confirm the effects of self-directed learning readiness, social intelligence on career preparation behavior of nursing students who experienced distance learning in COVID-19. Methods Data were collected from December 13 to December 23, 2022 using a structured questionnaire targeting 175 3rd and 4th grade nursing students in 3 regions where convenience samples were extracted. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients and hierarchical regression analysis using the SPSS/WIN 27.0 statistical program. Results Self-directed learning readiness had a statistically significant positive correlation with social intelligence (r=.54, p<.001) and career preparation behavior (r=.52, p<.001). Social intelligence also had a statistically significant positive correlation with career preparation behavior (r=.41, p<.001). As a result of hierarchical regression analysis, the factors significantly affecting career preparation behavior were self-directed learning readiness (β= .37, p<.001), social intelligence (β=.19, p=.014). The overall explanatory power of these variables was 28.0%. Conclusions Development and application of various programs that can improve self-directed learning readiness and social intelligence of nursing students are necessary for career preparation behavior.
