국문 초록

본 연구는 보육교사의 DISC행동유형이 어린이집 조직풍토와 직무만족도에 미치는 영향을 알아보고, 이에 대한 결과를 기초로 긍정적이고 건강한 어린이집 풍토를 만들어 보육교사의 직무만족도를 높이기 위한 기초자료를 제공하는데 의의가 있다. 이러한 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해 서울, 경기, 강원지역에서 근무하고 있는 보육교사 307명을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하였다. 결과처리를 위해 SPSS 24.0을 이용하여 빈도와 백분율, 신뢰도 분석, t-test, 일원변량분석, 적률상관분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 보육교사의 개인적 변인에 따른 DISC행동유형에서는 학력, 경력, 담당 연령에 따라 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 보육교사의 DISC행동유형, 조직풍토, 직무만족도 간의 관계는 모두 유의미한 정적 상관을 보였다. 셋째, 보육교사의 DISC행동유형 중 주도형과 안정형이 조직풍토에 정적 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 보육교사의 DISC행동유형 중 안정형과 사교형이 직무만족도에 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of DISC behavioral patterns of childcare teachers on organizational climate and job satisfaction, and to provide basic data for improving the job satisfaction of childcare teachers by creating a positive and healthy childcare climate based on the results. have. In order to achieve this purpose, a survey was conducted on 307 child care teachers working in Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Gangwon. For the results, SPSS 24.0 was used for frequency and percentage, reliability analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, moment correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The results of the study were as follows: First, there were significant differences in the DISC behavior patterns according to the individual variables of the child care teacher according to the educational background, career, and age of the teacher. Second, the relationship between DISC behavior type, organizational climate, and job satisfaction of child care teachers showed a significant positive correlation. Third, the leading and stable types of DISC behaviors of childcare teachers had a positive effect on the organizational climate. Fourth, among the DISC behavior types of childcare teachers, stable and social type had a positive effect on job satisfaction.
