예비중등교사의 셀프리더십 척도 개발 및 타당화

국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 예비중등교사에게 요구되는 셀프리더십의 척도를 개발하고 타당화하는 것이다. 이 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 경상북도 지역 5개 대학교의 교원양성과정에 재학하는 2-4학년 학생 대상으로 설문조사하였으며, 최종 예비조사 설문지 242부 및 본조사 설문지 518부를 연구대상으로 통계분석을 실시하였다. 이러한 연구과정을 통해서 도출된 연구결론을 제시하면, 첫째, 예비중등교사의 셀프리더십 척도의 구성요인을 알아보기 위하여 탐색적 요인 분석한 결과, 성공수행 구상 요인(5개), 자연보상 집중 사고 요인(4개), 자기 처벌 요인(4개), 자기목표 설정 요인(4개), 자기 관찰 요인(3개), 자기 보상 요인(3개), 신념·가정 평가 요인(3개), 자기 대화 요인(3개), 자기 단서 요인(2개) 등 총 9개 구성요인과 31개 설문문항을 최종 확정하였다. 둘째, 예비중등교사의 셀프리더십 척도의 신뢰도분석 결과, 전체 신뢰도 계수는 .906으로 매우 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 확인적 요인분석 결과, 각 잠재변수와 측정변수 간에 모든 경로계수는 p=.000 수준에서 유의하였다. 셀프리더십 척도 모델의 적합도 지수는 RMR=.032, RMSEA=.044, GFI=.911, NFI=.923, CFI=.960, TLI=.953, IFI=.960 등으로서, 모두 양호한 적합도이었다. 따라서 이 연구에서 개발한 예비중등교사의 셀프리더십 척도는 예비중등교사의 셀프리더십 함양 정도를 보다 신뢰롭고 타당하게 측정할 수 있는 도구라고 볼 수 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to develop and validate a diagnosis scale for self-leadership, which is demanded of by pre-service secondary teachers in teacher training courses and to achieve this research purpose, surveys were conducted on students in their sophomore to senior years attending teacher training courses in one of five universities in the North Gyeongsang Province and 242 final preliminary surveys and 518 main surveys were established as research subjects and statistical analysis was conducted. Research conclusions drawn through this research process were as follows. First, exploratory factor analysis was conducted to observe the constructs of a self-leadership scale for pre-service secondary teachers and the 9 constructs of success performance planning factors (5), natural compensation focused thinking factors (4), self-punishing factors (4), self-objective setting factors (4), self-examination factors (3), self-compensation factors (3), belief·family evaluation factors (3), self-conversation factors (3), self-condition factors (2), and 31 survey items were finally confirmed. Second, reliability analysis results of the self-leadership scale for pre-service secondary teachers were very high with a total reliability coefficient of .906. Third, confirmatory factor analysis results showed that all path coefficients among latent variables and measurement variables were significant at a level of p=.000. The fitness values of the self-leadership scale model were RMR=.032, RMSEA=.044, GFI=.911, NFI=.923, CFI=.960, TLI=.953, and IFI=.960 and all had satisfactory fitness levels. Therefore, the self-leadership scale for pre-service secondary teachers developed in this study can be viewed to be a tool that can validly and reliably measure the self-leadership cultivation of pre-service secondary teachers.
