자폐성장애 감각 관련 국내 연구 동향 분석

국문 초록

연구는 자폐성장애의 감각에 대한 국내 연구의 전반적인 경향을 알아보기 위해 2019년 6월까지 학술지에 게재된 관련 연구들을 분석하였다. 선정기준에 따라 총 48편을 수집하였다. 선정된 논문들은 게재년도 및 학술지, 연구자 전공, 연구 유형, 연구대상을 분석하였다. 특성연구는 중재대상, 조사변인, 조사도구와 결과를 분석하였으며 중재연구는 중재대상, 중재환경, 중재전략, 종속변인에 대해 분석하였다. 그 결과, 자폐성장애 감각 연구는 1989년 처음으로 발표되었으며 학술지는 주로 ‘정서·행동장애연구’와 ‘대한작업치료학회지’에 많이 게재되었고 연구자들의 전공은 작업치료 전공의 재활학과 특수교육학이 많았다. 연구는 중재연구와 특성연구가 중심이었으며 대상은 유아 및 초등생이 많았다. 특성연구는 14편이었고 주로 또래 아동들과의 감각 특성 비교가 이루어졌으며 주로 사용된 도구는 단축감각프로파일(SSP)과 감각프로파일(SP)이었다. 중재연구는 29편이었으며 유아 및 학령기의 자폐성장애 아동을 대상으로 하였으며 환경은 센터 내 치료실이었고 중재자로는 작업치료 전공의 연구자들이 많았다. 중재전략으로는 Ayres의 감각통합훈련이 이루어졌고 그 외 감각-기반중재도 적용되었다. 종속변인으로는 감각조절의 향상 및 상동행동의 감소에 대한 연구가 주로 이루어졌다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 향후 연구에 대해 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze related studies published in the journal until June 2019 to find out the general trend of domestic research on the sense of autism spectrum disorder. A total of 48 pieces were collected according to the selection criteria. The selected papers analyzed the publication year, journal, researcher s major, research type, and research subject. In the case of the characteristic study, the subjects, the variables, the research tools and the results were analyzed. In the case of the experimental study, the subjects of the intervention, the mediation environment, the intervention strategy, and the dependent variables were analyzed. As a result, the research on sensory autism was first published in 1989. The journals were published mostly in the Research on ‘Emotional Behavioral Disorders’ and the ‘Korean Journal of Occupational Therapy’, and the researcher s majors were rehabilitation and special education. The study was centered on experimental and characteristic studies, with a large number of infants and elementary students. There were 14 trait studies, mainly comparing sensory traits with peer children, and the main tools used were SSP and SP. There were 29 experimental studies, children and children with autism disorders in school age. The environment was in the center s treatment room, and there were many occupational therapy researchers as mediators. As a intervention strategy, Ayres s sensory integration training was conducted and other sensory-based mediations were also applied. Dependent variables mainly included improvement of sensory control and reduction of homology. Based on these findings, future research was discussed.
