국문 초록

본 연구는 예비특수교사가 인식하는 특수교사의 직무수행능력에 대해 알아보고, 직무수행능력의 영역별 관계를 분석하여 추후 교육현장에서 필요한 기초자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 연구 참여자는 경남과 전북지역의 예비특수교사 179명이며, 연구 기간은 2019년 9월 2일부터 30일까지 4주 동안 실시하였다. 예비특수교사의 배경변인(전공, 교육실습기관, 특수교육대상자 교육 경험)에 따른 직무수행능력을 알아보기 위해 기술통계분석(Descriptive Statistics Analysis), 독립표본 t-test(Independent Samples t-test)와 일원배치 분산분석(One-Way Anova), Pearson 적률 상관분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 예비특수교사가 인식하는 특수교사의 직무수행능력은 보통으로 확인되었으며, 교수전략 및 학습환경과 사회적 상호작용, 전문성·윤리적 실천 영역에서는 직무수행능력이 높은 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 교육실습 기관과 특수교육대상자 교육 경험 변인에 따라 직무수행능력의 인식 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 직무수행능력에 대한 영역 간의 관계는 정적인 상관관계가 있음을 확인하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is investigate job competencies of special education teachers perceived by pre-service special education teachers and to provide basic data required at the educational scene in the future by investigating perception of job competencies of pre-service special education teachers and analyzing a relationship between job performance areas. Research participants included 179 pre-service teachers in South Gyeongsang Province and North Jeolla Province, and the research was conducted for 4 weeks from Sep 2 to Sep 30, 2019. This study conducted Descriptive Statistics Analysis, Independent Samples t-test, One-Way Anova, and Pearson s Product Moment Correlation Analysis to investigate job competencies according to the background variables(major, educational practice agency, experience in teaching special education subjects) of pre-service special education teachers. The results of this study are as follows. First, it was identified that pre-service special education teachers have average job competency and have high awareness of teaching strategy, learning environment, social interaction, and professional ethical behavior. Also, it was identified that there is difference in perception of job competencies according to the educational practice agency and experience in teaching special education subjects. Also, it was identified that there is a positive relationship between areas of job competency
