간호대학생의 문제해결능력에 대한 셀프리더십 및 자기효능감의 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 간호대학생의 셀프리더십 및 자기효능감이 문제해결능력에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 시도되었으며 2019년 4월 8일부터 2019년 5월 31일까지 전남에 소재하고 있는 일개 대학교의 간호학과에 재학 중인 4학년 학생 147명을 대상으로 하여 빈도와 백분율, 평균과 표준편차, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson corelation, 중다회귀분석을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 문제해결능력은 일반적 특성 중 전공만족도(F=4.633, p=.011)에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었으며, 셀프리더십(r=.75, p<.001), 자기효능감(r=.64, p<.001)과 통계적으로 유의한 순상관관계를 보였다. 셀프리더십과 자기효능감이 문제해결능력을 60.9% 설명하고 있었으며, 간호대학생 문제해결능력의 55.2%를 셀프리더십이 설명하고 있음을 확인하였다. 향후 취업을 앞둔 4학년 간호대학생의 문제해결능력을 향상하기 위해 셀프리더십과 자기효능감을 더욱 강화하기 위한 간호교육의 체계적인 전략수립이 필요함을 제언한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of self-leadership and self-efficacy on problem solving ability among 147 senior nursing students at one university in M area. The subjects were 147 senior nursing students who’ve registered in integrated in one university of M area, Jeonnam. Data collection was done from April 8 to May 31 in 2019, and collected data were analyzed using frequency and percentage, mean and standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression using SPSS/WIN 23.0. The results showed that there was a significant difference in problem solving ability according to satisfaction in major (F=4.633, p=.011), and high group s was better than average or low group in post-hoc. And problem solving ability was positively correlated with self-leadership (r=.75, p<.001) and self-efficacy (r=.64, p<.001), respectively. And self-leadership was a positive correlation between self-efficacy disposition(r=.59, p<.001). Stepwise regression analysis showed that the factor affecting on problem solving ability was self-leadership(β=.57 p<.001) and self-efficacy(β=.30, p<.001). Explanation rate of self-leadership on problem solving ability was 55.2%, while that of self-leadership and self-efficacy on problem solving ability was 60.9%. In conclusion, the self-leadership and self-efficacy of senior nursing students have affect on problem solving ability, and of those two variables, self-leadership is more influencing factor than self-efficacy. It is suggested that a systematic strategy for nursing education to strengthen self-leadership and self-efficacy is needed for improving problem-solving ability of senior nursing students who ahead of employment.
