교육실습 지원을 위한 사용자 중심의 온라인 시스템 설계 방안 탐색

국문 초록

교육실습은 예비교사들에게 많은 영향을 미치는 교육과정으로 체계적이고 계획적으로 이루어져야 한다. 이를 위해 이번 연구는 교육실습을 체계적으로 지원할 수 있는 교육실습 지원 온라인 시스템의 필수 요소를 추출하고, 이를 바탕으로 사용자 중심의 시스템 설계하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 연구는 2018년 9월부터 2019년 8월까지 진행되었다. 시스템의 설계를 위해 교육실습 지원 웹사이트를 운영하고 있는 미국 대학 3곳과 싱가포르 대학 1곳, 현장실습 지원 웹사이트를 운영하고 있는 국내 대학 5곳을 분석하여 교육실습 지원 온라인 시스템의 필수 요소를 추출하였다. 이후 추출한 필수 요소를 반영하되 사용자별로 접속할 수 있는 사용자 중심의 교육실습 지원 온라인 시스템을 설계하였다. 시스템에 주요 요소로는 교육실습 신청, 배정, 이력을 확인할 수 있는 ‘교육실습’메뉴, 교육실습과 관련된 다양한 자료를 업로드 또는 다운로드할 수 있는 ‘자료실’, 교육실습생, 지도교사, 지도교수의 의사소통을 위한 ‘커뮤니티’메뉴 등이 구성되었다. 특히 실제 교육실습이 이루어지고 교육실습에 관련된 다양한 업무를 담당하는 실습학교에 대한 메뉴를 구성하여 업무의 효율성을 높이고자 하였다. 이러한 연구 결과는 교육실습과 관련된 웹사이트를 구성하고자 하는 교원양성기관이나 교육실습 운영 모형 개발연구에 도움을 줄 수 있으리라 생각된다.

영문 초록

The teaching practicum should be done systematically and intentionally as a curriculum that has a great influence on the preliminary teachers. The purpose of this study is to extract the essential elements of online education support system which can systematically support teaching practicum, and to search user - oriented system design method based on this system. The study was conducted from September 2018 to August 2019. For the design of the system, we analyzed 3 US universities, 1 Singapore university, and 5 domestic universities that run the field practice web site. Through the analysis, the system was designed after extracting the essential elements of online training system. The online system is designed to be able to connect to each user considering the convenience of the user by referring to the field practice support web site. The main elements of the system are the Training Practice menu, which allows user to check application, placement and history of teaching practice, Resource Room , where users can upload or download various materials related to teaching practice, And a community menu for communication. In particular, we tried to improve the efficiency of the work by organizing the menu for the practice school where the practical education practice was performed and the various tasks related to the education practice were carried out. The results of this study can be helpful in developing the teaching practicum models and the teacher training institutes to develop web sites related to teaching practicum.
