특성화고등학교 의상과 프로젝트수업 교수·학습과정안 개발과 직업기초능력 향상 효과

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 프로젝트 학습을 적용한 교수·학습 과정안을 개발하여 특성화고등학교 비주얼머천다이징 수업에 실행 적용하였을 때, 직업기초능력(의사소통능력, 문제해결능력) 함양에 대한 효과를 검증하는데 있다. 이를 위해 2015개정 교육과정 고교 직업교육과정 섬유·의류 교과(군)의 비주얼머천다이징 실무과목의 교육과정을 분석하여 ‘업사이클링을 활용한 창업아이템 만들기’ 주제를 선정한 후 총 12차시의 교수·학습 과정안과 학생용 활동지 3개, 학생용 학습자료 4개를 개발하였다. 개발된 교수·학습 과정안으로 인천광역시에 위치한 특성화고등학교 3학년 2개 학급(실험집단 1학급, 통제집단 1학급) 학생 44명을 대상으로 2018년 8월 20일부터 9월 7일까지 실험집단에는 프로젝트 학습을, 통제집단에는 동일한 학습주제로 시범·실습 수업을 실행하였다. 수업 시행 전과 후에 직업기초능력(의사소통능력, 문제해결능력)을 검사하여 SPSS 18.0 프로그램을 사용하여 독립표본 T-검정을 실시하여 수업의 효과를 분석하였다. 연구 결과 프로젝트 학습을 적용한 수업은 특성화고등학교 학생들의 의사소통능력과 문제해결능력향상을 유의하게 향상시켰다. 또한 수업관찰평가와 학습자의 수업소감문을 토대로 학습자의 수업참여도와 태도를 평가한 결과 프로젝트 학습을 적용한 실험집단의 수업 참여도와 집중도가 높았고 학생들의 수업에 대한 자신감과 만족감도 더 높게 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to develop the teaching·learning process plan with Project based learning and to verify its effects on the Key competencies (communication competence and problem-solving competence) when applied to visual merchandising class at a specialized high school. The 2015 revised curriculum was analyzed and teaching·learning process plan applicable to visual merchandising practical course was developed after selecting the content area that was interesting and applicable to real life. Total 12 lesson hours of teaching·learning process plan with Project based learning, 3 activity sheets and 4 learning sources were developed. The developed class was carried out with 44 of third grade students from two classes (one for the experimental group, the other for the control group) in a specialized high school located in Incheon Metropolitan City. The subject of the class applied to the experimental group and the control group was the same as ‘making start-up items utilizing up-cycling’. But the Project based learning class was applied to the experimental group, and the traditional teaching class was applied to the control group. The evaluation tool for Key competency which was developed by the Korea Human Resources Development Service was revised and supplemented based on the purpose of research. The Key Competencies data were collected before and after the course. Independent samples t-test was conducted using the SPSS 18.0 program to verify the effects of the classes. As a result, the Project based learning applied classes significantly improved the communication competence and the problem- solving competence of the students.
