국문 초록

본 연구는 Virtual IV Simulator를 활용한 정맥주사 실습교육이 간호학생의 학업적 자기효능감, 학습태도 및 학습동기에 미치는 효과를 분석하기 위함이다. 연구대상자는 간호학과 2학년에 재학 중이며 연구의 목적을 이해하고 자발적으로 참여하기를 희망하는 사람을 모집하여 진행하였으며 실험군 52명, 대조군 51명이었다. 2019년 4월 2일부터 30일까지 수집된 자료는 SPSS 25.0 프로그램을 사용하여 Kolmogorov -Smirnov test, χ2-test, t-test로 분석하였다. 실험군에게는 이론 강의, Virtual IV Simulator와 마네킨을 활용한 실습교육을, 대조군에게는 이론 강의와 마네킨을 활용한 실습교육을 적용하였다. 연구결과 Virtual IV Simulator로 교육을 받은 실험군이 대조군 보다 학업적 자기효능감(t=3.92, p<.001) 학습동기(t=2.93, p=.004) 점수가 유의하게 높았으며 학습태도(t=-.04, p=.971)는 유의한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 간호학생을 대상으로 Virtual IV Simulator와 마네킨을 활용한 실습교육의 효과를 확인하기 위한 반복적인 연구와 교수학습방법의 다양화가 필요하다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to identify the educational effects of Intravenous Injection training using Virtual IV Simulator on Academic-self efficacy, Learning Attitude and Learning Motivation of Nursing students. The Participants were 52 experimental groups and 51 control groups who were second-year nursing students and wanted to understand the purpose of the study and participate voluntarily. The data collection was from March 2 to March 30, 2019 by using Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, χ2-test, t-test. Theoretical lectures on IV injections were given to both groups. The experimental group was applied with practical training using the Virtual IV Simulator and a mannequin arm model training whereas the control group using a mannequin arm model only training. Result of this study, The experimental group trained by the Virtual IV Simulator made more significant improvements in academic-self efficacy(t=3.92, p<.001) and learning motivation(t=2.93, p=.004) than the control group. For learning attitude, there was no significant differences between two groups. Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to conduct repeated research and various teaching methods for nursing students to identify the effectiveness of practical training using the Virtual IV Simulator and Mannequin arm model.
