학교부적응 아동 지원을 위한 해결중심가족상담 사례연구

국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 심리운동을 활용한 해결중심가족상담 사례를 통해 학교부적응 아동 지원을 위한 효과적인 방법을 알아보는 데 있다. 연구는 2019년 4월 8일부터 8월 27일까지 경기도 D초등학교에서 실시되었으며, 연구 대상은 학생정서·행동검사 결과 고위험군에 속해 전문가에 의한 가족 지원이 필요하다고 판단되는 아동과 아동의 어머니로 이루어진 한 가족이다. 심리운동을 해결중심가족상담에 활용하기 위해 해결중심접근과 다른 영역의 접목을 시도한 선행연구들을 참고하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 심리운동을 활용한 해결중심가족상담 방법을 구성하였다. 이에 대해 심리운동 전문가 3인과 동료 가족상담전문가 3인으로부터 심리운동 활동 내용, 시간, 장소 등의 적절성과 상담의 목표, 과정, 활용기법 등의 적합성에 대해 검토를 받았으며, 상담 진행 과정에서도 피드백을 받고 이를 반영하였다. 상담의뢰자 및 참여가족과의 사전면담을 제외하고 참여아동을 지원하기 위한 교사지원단과의 상담컨설팅 2회와 추후상담을 포함하여 총 12회기의 상담이 실시되었으며, 매 회기 상담은 90분으로 진행되었다. 연구 결과, 심리운동을 활용한 해결중심가족상담에 참여한 아동의 변화 주제는 5개, 모의 변화 주제는 7개로 분류되었다. 또 심리운동 활용의 효과를 알아본 결과, 효과의 주제는 7개의 항목으로 분석되었다. 이후 연구의 제한점과 의의 및 후속연구를 위한 제언을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to find out an effective way to support school maladjusted children through case-based family counseling using psychomotorik The study was conducted from April 8 to August 27, 2019 at D Elementary School, Gyeonggi-do. The subject of the study was a family consisting of a child and a mother of a child who were determined to need family support by a specialist who belonged to a high-risk group according to the student emotion and behavior test. In order to utilize psychomotorik in solution-focused family counseling, this study were refferred to previous studies that attempting to combine solution-focused approaches and other areas. Based on this, a solution-focused family counseling method was constructed. Three psychomotorik experts and three fellow family counselling specialists reviewed the adequacy of the contents, time and place of psychological activities, and the suitability of the counseling goals, processes, and utilization technique. Also, Feedback from them had received and reflected in the counselling process. A total of 12 counseling sessions were held, including two counseling sessions with the Teachers Support Group to support participating children and follow-up consultations. As a result, the change of children who participated in counseling using psychomotorik was identified as five items, and the change of parents was identified as seven items. In addition, as a result of examining the effects of utilization of psychomotorik, the effects of psychomotorik used for counseling were analyzed into seven items.
