초등교사가 인식한 학교풍토가 전문적학습공동체 활동 수준에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 학교풍토, 학교공동체의식, 전문적학습공동체 활동 수준 변인 간의 관계 분석을 통해 성공적인 전문적학습공동체 운영을 위한 방향을 모색함에 있다. 이를 위해 2019년 5월 2일부터 12일까지 초등교사 130명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하고, 수집된 자료를 바탕으로 SPSS 19.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 이를 위해 첫째, 초등교사가 인식한 학교풍토와 학교공동체의식, 전문적학습공동체 활동 수준 간 관계를 살피고, 둘째, 학교풍토와 전문적학습공동체 활동 수준 간의 관계에서 학교공동체의식의 매개효과를 분석한다. 이와 같은 과정을 통해 다음의 연구결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 학교풍토와 학교공동체의식, 전문적학습공동체 활동 수준의 상관관계를 살펴본 결과, 모두 유의미한 정적 상관관계를 보였다. 둘째, 학교풍토와 전문적학습공동체 활동 수준의 관계에서 학교공동체의식의 매개효과를 분석한 결과, 부분매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났으며, 학교공동체의식의 네 가지 하위변인 중 헌신성, 다원성, 연대의식이 부분매개효과를 보였다. 결론적으로 전문적학습공동체 활동 수준의 향상을 위해서는 학교공동체의식을 매개로 한 학교풍토가 중요하다는 것이 확인되었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to find a direction for successful professional learning community operation through analyzing the relationship between school climate, school community consciousness, and the activity level of professional learning community. The study was conducted on 130 elementary school teachers from May 2 to 12, 2019. And The data were analyzed using the SPSS 19.0 program. To this end, first, examine the relationship among school climate recognized by elementary school teachers and school community consciousness and professional learning community activity level. And second, analyze the mediating effect of school community in relation to school climate and professional learning community activity level. Through this process, the following findings were derived: The results of the study were as follows: First, the correlation between school climate, school community consciousness and the activity level of professional learning community showed significant positive correlation. Second, as a result of analyzing the mediating effect of school community consciousness on the relationship between school climate and the activity level of professional learning community, it was partially mediated. And among the four sub variables of the school community consciousness, dedication, plurality and conscience solidaire were partially mediated. In conclusion, it was confirmed that school climate through school community consciousness is important for improving the activity level of professional learning community.
