신체적 매력이 자기효능감, 진로포부, 진로스트레스에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 항공서비스 관련 전공 대학생들이 인식하는 외적인 이미지인신체적 매력이 진로 및 취업에 대한 스트레스를 주고 있는 것으로 보고. 신체적 매력이 자기효능감을 매개로 하여 진로스트레스와 상대적 개념으로서 진로포부에 영향을 주는 인과관계를 구조방정식으로 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 4년제 대학교 항공서비스전공 학생 250명을 대상으로 2019년 9월 1일부터 10월 30일까지 설문을 실시한 후 최종 유효샘플로 231부를 사용하였다. 분석결과는 첫째, 신체적 매력이 자기효능감과 진로포부에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있었다. 둘째, 자기효능감이 진로스트레스에 부정적인 영향을 주고 있었으며 셋째, 신체적 매력이 진로포부와 진로스트레스에 직접적인 영향은 나타나지 않았고, 자기효능감을 완전 매개로 하여 영향을 미치고 있었다. 이 연구의 결과는 항공사 승무원에 취업하기를 희망하는 대학생 뿐 아니라 관련 학과에서 대학생들의 진로지도에 효과적인 방안을 모색하는 데 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of the study is to explore how physical attraction influences on career stress and career aspiration of college students mediated by self-efficacy. To pursue the research purpose, the study collected 231 responses of college students in airline service from September to October in 2019, and occupied structural equational modeling using by AMOS. 18.0 and SPSS 18.0. The research results is as follows; the first is physical attraction would be positive effect on self-efficacy. The second is self-efficacy influenced positively on career aspiration, but negatively on career stress. The third is physical attraction did not directly made an effect on career aspiration and career stress without mediator, self-efficacy. These results indicated that university or college administrators and professors should try to enhance self-efficacy of college students as a significant intervention, in order to develop their students’ career related actions. Based on the results, the study has suggested significant implications for the future studies and practical recommendations.
