국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 4차 산업혁명시대 대학교육혁신의 방향과 실제에 대한 분석을 통하여 대학교육 개선에 대한 시사점을 제공하는 것이다. 본 연구는 문헌 연구로 4차 산업혁명시대, 대학교육혁신, 대학교육에 대한 문헌을 중심으로 자료를 수집하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 4차 산업혁명시대 대학교육혁신의 도입 단계는 목표와 주체를 중심으로 살펴보았다. 대학교육혁신의 방향에서 목표는 사회적 요구, 주체는 대학으로 나타났다. 대학교육혁신의 실제에서 목표는 국가 교육정책의 목표, 주체는 국가기관으로 나타났다. 둘째, 4차 산업혁명시대 대학교육혁신의 시행 단계는 운영체제와 구성원의 관계성을 중심으로 살펴보았다. 대학교육혁신의 방향에서 운영체제는 자율성, 구성원의 관계성은 수평적 관계 형성으로 나타났다. 대학교육혁신의 실제에서 운영체제는 의무성, 구성원의 관계성은 수직적 관계 형성으로 나타났다. 셋째, 4차 산업혁명시대 대학교육혁신의 평가 단계는 결과물과 인프라를 중심으로 살펴보았다. 대학교육혁신의 방향에서 결과물은 가치, 인프라는 환류체계 구축으로 나타났다. 대학교육혁신의 실제에서 결과물은 성과, 인프라는 통제기제의 구축으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과에 기초하여 4차 산업혁명시대 대학교육혁신에 대한 개선 방안을 제언하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to provide implications for university education innovation through analyzing the direction and practice of university education innovation in the 4th Industrial Revolution. This study is a literature study, which collects data focusing on the literature on the 4th Industrial Revolution, university education, and university education innovation. The results of this study are as follows. First, in the introduction stage, the university education innovation in the 4th Industrial Revolution is examined focusing on goals and subjects. In the direction of university education innovation, the goals are social needs and the subjects is university. In the practice of university education innovation, the goal is the goals of the government s education policy and the subjects are government institutions. Second, in the implementation stage, the university education innovation in the 4th Industrial Revolution is examined focusing on operating system and relationship between members. In the direction of university education innovation, the operating systems show autonomy and the relationship between members is a horizontal relationship. In the practice of university education innovation, the operating system is mandatory and the relationship between members is a vertical relationship. Third, in the evaluation stage, the university education innovation in the 4th Industrial Revolution is examined focusing on results and infrastructure. In the direction of university education innovation, the result is value, and the infrastructure is a reflux system. In the practice of university education innovation, the result is performance, and the infrastructure is the establishment of control mechanisms. Based on the results of this study, suggestions were made to improve the process of university education innovation in the 4th Industrial Revolution.
