대학생의 백색소음 환경, 시험불안, 학업적 자기효능감 및 학습몰입도에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 대학생의 백색소음 환경, 시험불안, 학업적 자기효능감 및 학습몰입도 간 관계를 규명하기 위한 것이다. 연구대상자는 충청도 소재 4년제 대학교 대학생 214명이며, 2019년 5월 1일부터 5월 20일까지 수집된 자료는 SPSS 20.0을 통해 Cronbach’ s α, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffé test, Pearson correlation coefficient으로 분석하였다. 연구결과에서 백색소음 환경 이용여부는 시험불안(t=.866, p=.383), 학업적 자기효능감(t=.716, p=.475), 학습몰입도(t=1.897, p=.059) 정도에서 유의한 차이를 나타내지 않았다. 일반적 특성에 따른 시험불안 정도는 성별, 전공계열에서 유의한 차이를 나타냈으며, 학업적 자기효능감 정도는 성별, 전공계열, 평균학점에서 유의한 차이를 나타냈다. 또한 학습몰입도 정도는 성별, 평균학점에서 유의한 차이를 나타냈다. 상관관계는 시험불안과 학업적 자기효능감(r=-.308, p<.001), 학업적 자기효능감과 학습몰입도(r=.576, p<.001)에서 상관관계를 나타냈다. 이러한 연구결과를 통해 시험불안 감소, 학업적 자기효능감 및 학습몰입도 강화를 위한 학업전략방안의 모색이 요구됨을 확인하였다.

영문 초록

This study aims to examine the relationships of white noise environment, test anxiety, academic self-efficacy, and learning flow of university students. The research subjects of this study were 214 students of four-year-course college in Chungcheong-do. The data collected from May 1st 2019 to May 20th 2019 was analyzed by using the Cronbach’ s α, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, and Pearson correlation coefficient with the use of the SPSS 20.0. In the results of this study, the use of white noise environment did not show significant differences in the text anxiety(t=.866, p=.383), academic self-efficacy(t=.716, p=.475), and learning flow(t=1.897, p=.059). The degree of test anxiety in accordance with the general characteristics showed significant differences in sex and major field while the degree of academic self-efficacy showed significant differences in sex, major field, and average grade. Also, the degree of learning flow showed significant differences in sex and average grade. And there were correlations between test anxiety and academic self-efficacy(r=-.308, p<.001) and between academic self-efficacy and learning flow(r=.576, p<.001). Based on such results of this study, it would be needed to seek for the learning strategic measures for decreasing the test anxiety and also strengthening the academic self-efficacy and learning flow.
