국문 초록

목적 본 연구에서는 강박사고가 우울에 미치는 영향에서 사고통제감과 자기비난의 이중매개효과를 확인하고자 하였다. 방법 이를 위해 만 18세 이상 성인 276명을 대상으로 침투적 사고 질문지(ROII), 사고통제능력 질문지(TCAQ), 우울경험질문지(DEQ)의 자기비난 하위척도, 통합적한국판 역학연구 우울척도(CES-D)로 구성된 설문지를 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 26.0을 사용하여 분석하였다. 결과 분석 결과는 첫째, 강박사고는 자기비난, 우울과 유의한 정적 상관이 있었으며 자기비난과 우울 사이에도 유의한 정적 상관이 있었다. 사고통제감은 강박사고, 자기비난, 우울과 유의한 부적 상관이 있었다. 둘째, 사고통제감과 자기비난의 단순매개효과가 각각 유의미했다. 셋째, 사고통제감과 자기비난의 순차적 매개효과가 유의미했다. 결론 이러한 통계적 결과를 바탕으로 연구의 의의를 탐색하며 후속연구를 위한 제언을 제시하고 연구의 한계를 논의하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to test the dual mediation effect of thought control ability and self-blame between obsessions and depression. Methods We have conducted the self-report questionnaire consisting of the Revised Obsessional Intrusions Inventory(ROII), the Thought Control Ability Questionnaire(TCAQ), the Depressive Experiences Questionnaire(DEQ), and the Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale(CES-D). Through the online survey, we have collected data from 276 adults aged 18 or older. SPSS 26.0 is used to test the model. Results The results of analysis are the following. First, the frequency of obsessions is positively correlated with self-blame and depression, and the same relation holds between self-blame and depression. Thought control ability is negatively correlated with obsessions, self-blame and depression respectively. Second, both the simple mediation effects of thought control ability and self-blame are statistically significant. Third, the dual mediation effect of thought control ability and self-blame is significant. Conclusions Based on these results, we discuss the implication and limitations of this study and suggest several future directions.
