국문 초록

본고는 초등미술 교육의 장르 중 하나인 입체조형의 전반적인 이해를 바탕으로 한 조각의 확장된 개념으로 다양한 제작 방법을 통한 교육 방안 및 사례를 통해 초등미술교육의 발전 가능성을 살피고자 한다. 과거 조각은 단순하게 대상이 주체가 되어 형태와 물성만을 다룬 기념비적인 성향이 강하였다. 하지만 동시대 미술에 있어 입체미술의 영역이 아우르는 방식과 대상은 다양하며 입체의 공간적 점유는인간의 시·지각을 자극하고 이를 자극하게 하는 표현 매체와 조형, 공간까지 무궁무진하게 발전하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 동시대의 입체미술을 통해 우리의 삶과 문화, 다양한 매체와 공간, 창의적인 표현으로 미적 소통 능력이 최초에 발생하는 유년기, 초등학생의 미술교육과 특성을 살펴볼 것이다. 기초교육인 초등미술 교과, 방과후 학교, 외부 초등미술 수업에 관련한 교수법 및 아동의 사례를 논의한다. 그리고 초등미술 교육의 다양한 현장과 공간, 상황에 맞는 학습을 통해 교내의 정형적 학습, 교외에서이루어지는 확장된 교육의 사례를 비교 분석함으로써 그 의미와 현재의 성과, 발전방안을 살펴볼 수 있는 의미 있는 연구라 할 수 있다.

영문 초록

This paper aims to examine the development potential of elementary art education through educational methods and examples through various production methods based on the overall understanding of the three-dimensional form, one of the genres of elementary art education. In the past, sculptures were simply subject to objects, and had a strong monumental tendency to deal only with form and physical properties. However, in contemporary art, the ways and objects of the realm of stereoscopic art are diverse, and the spatial occupation of stereoscopic art stimulates human perception and is developing endlessly into expressions, forms, and spaces that stimulate it. Therefore, this study will examine our lives and cultures through contemporary stereoscopic art, various media and spaces, childhood when aesthetic communication ability first occurs through creative expression, and art education and characteristics of elementary school students. Discuss teaching methods and children's cases related to elementary art subjects, after-school schools, and external elementary art classes, which are basic education. It is a meaningful study to examine the meaning, current achievements, and development plans by comparing and analyzing the cases of formal learning in school and expanded education in the suburbs through learning suitable for various fields, spaces, and situations of elementary art education.
