국문 초록

본 연구는 메타버스 플랫폼을 활용한 의료·돌봄 통합시스템을 구축할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고, 이를활성화를 시키기 위한 방법을 논의하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 문헌연구방법으로 메타버스의 실행 가능성과 통합시스템에 관한 구축안을 제시한 후 메타버스의 국내·외 사례와 관련 문헌을 분석하여그 활성화 방안을 제안하였다. 연구결과, 메타버스를 활용한 의료·돌봄 통합시스템 구축 방안으로 지역사회 내 의료·돌봄 통합서비스를 위한 전문기관 설립과 비대면 진료 규제 완화, 사회적 의료·돌봄을 위한 협력적 거버넌스 구축을 제안하였다. 이러한 구축 방안을 토대로 의료·돌봄 통합시스템을 활성화시킬 수 있는 방안으로는 사회적 소통을 위한 사용자와의 활성화, 의료·돌봄 대상자의 원격관리 활성화, 실재 공간 출연 및 재구성된 몰입의 활성화 방안을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to suggest a way to build an integrated medical care system using the metaverse platform and to discuss ways to activate it. To this end, after presenting the feasibility of the metaverse and the establishment of an integrated system as a literature research method, a plan for activation was proposed by analyzing domestic and foreign cases and related literature of the metaverse. As a result of the study, as a way to build an integrated medical care system using the metaverse, it was proposed to establish a specialized institution for integrated medical care service in the community, ease regulations on non-face-to-face treatment, and establish cooperative governance for social medical care care. Based on this establishment plan, as a way to activate the integrated medical care system, activation with users for social communication, activation of remote management of medical care recipients, appearance in real space, and activation of reconstructed immersion were suggested.
