국문 초록

이 연구는 Marcia의 자아정체감 네 가지 지위 범주에 맞게 인문학 도서󰡔꽃들에게 희망을｣의 일부 이미지를 활용하여 자아정체감 형성을 위한 집단상담 프로그램을 개발하고, 중학교 1학년 남녀 학생들에게 적용하여 그 효과를 검증하기 위하여 수행되었다. 이 연구에서는 김창대 외(2011)의 4단계 프로그램 개발 모형에 근거한 집단상담 프로그램의 계획수립 및 프로그램의 구성, 예비 및 본 프로그램의 개발·평가 등을 거쳐 최종프로그램을 확정하였다. 최종프로그램은 Marcia의 자아정체감 지위 범주에 맞춘 인문학 이미지와 놀이 활동 중심의 내용으로 총 10회기로 구성하였으며, 회기당 45분씩 주 2회 진행하는 것으로 되어 있다. 중학생의 자아정체감 형성을 목표로 Marcia의 네 가지 지위인 혼미와 유실, 유예, 성취를 나비의 발육 4단계인 알과 애벌레, 고치, 성충의 인문학 이미지와 연결하였으며, 내용은 청소년기 특성에 맞춘 친숙한 놀이 활동 중심으로 구성하였다. 이 연구에서 개발한 집단상담 프로그램을 중학생에게 적용한 결과 실험집단에서 통제집단에 비해 자아정체감 형성이 유의미하게 증가하였다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted to develop a group counseling program for the establishment of the ego identity using the humanities images from “Hope for the flowers” and to validate for the middle school first year students. The final program was confirmed through the process of planning, organizing, preparatory and evaluation based on the 4-step program development model by Kim et al. The final program consisted of a total of 10 sessions with contents of humanities images and play activities tailored to Marcia's ego identity status. The program was scheduled to be held twice a week for 45 minutes per session. With the goal of ego identity establishment of middle school students, Marcia's four identity status were linked to the humanistic images of four developmental stages of butterfly and the contents were composed of customized play activities. The ego identity formation of the middle school students was significantly increased by applying our developed counseling program.
