학습민첩성에 영향을 미치는 변인들에 대한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 학습민첩성에 영향을 미치는 선행변인들이 무엇인지 실증하는 것이다. 이를 위해 학습민첩성의 영향변인 관련 선행연구를 분석하여 선행변인들을 개인, 직무, 조직특성으로 분류한 이후2020년 8월 한달간 육군 간부 421명을 대상으로 Burke et al.(2016) 등 검증된 진단도구를 구성하여구조화된 설문을 진행하고 SPSS통계패키지 프로그램으로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 개인특성, 조직특성, 직무특성 순으로 학습민첩성에 영향을 미치고 있었으며, 각 변인들의 영향력은 학습목표지향성, 경험개방성, 직무성과, 직무자율성, 긍정적 실책관리문화 순이었고 학습민첩성의 하위요소에 대해 각각의 영향관계를 실증하였다. 본 연구는 기존의 선행연구들에 나타난 학습민첩성에 영향을 주는 변인들을 망라하여 분석하였다는데 의의가 있으며, 실무적으로 학습민첩성을 향상시키기 위한 전략으로 활용가능하다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to demonstrate what antecedent variables affect learning agility. To this end, after analyzing the preceding studies related to the influencing variables of learning agility and classifying the preceding variables into individual, job, and organizational characteristics, 421 army officers & NCOs were evaluated for a month in August 2020 using proven diagnostic tools such as Burke et al.(2016). A structured questionnaire was conducted and analyzed with the SPSS statistical package program. As a result of the study, learning agility was affected in the order of individual characteristics, organizational characteristics, and job characteristics, and the influence of each variable was in the order of learning goal orientation, experience openness, job performance, job autonomy, and positive error management climate. And the influence of antecedent variables on the sub-factors of learning agility was demonstrated. This study is meaningful in that it comprehensively analyzed the variables that affect learning agility shown in previous studies, and can be used as a strategy to improve learning agility in practice.
