가수 지망생의 진로적성에 관한 명리학적 고찰

국문 초록

이 연구에서는 대학 실용음악 보컬 전공 졸업생들의 사주와 현재 직업, 재학생들의 사주와 워크넷 직업흥미도검사 결과를 사주명리학의 십성 이론 중심으로 질적 분석을 수행하였다. 현대 사주명리학은 운명 결정론적인 입장을취하는 것이 아니라 한 개인의 경향성과 가능성을 파악하는 것이 주목적이자 가치라고 볼 수 있다. 따라서 이를적용하는데 있어서 다양한 현실 배경과 상황을 고려해야 한다. 본고에서 분석한 실용음악 보컬 졸업생들은 실제 직업에서는 가수 활동을 중심으로 하기도 하고 보컬트레이너및 보컬 학원강사를 하는 경우가 많았으며 이는 십성 이론에서 식신, 상관의 표현력, 창의성 경향과 편인의 예술성, 기술성의 성향과 잘 연관된다. 실용음악 보컬 재학생들의 경우 아직 졸업을 하지 않았으므로 실제 어떤 직업적 커리어를 개척해 나갈지는 결정되지 않았으나, 본고에서 분석한 10명의 경우 모두 수업과 학내 생활하는 모습들을 실관한 내용을 개별 분석에포함시켰다. 이들 모두 워크넷 직업흥미도 검사에서 대부분 예술형 성향을 강하게 드러냈으며, 이들 모두 사주 십성 이론에서 식신, 상관, 편인을 최소 1개 이상 가지고 있어서 십성 이론이 잘 들어맞음을 파악할 수 있었다. 실용음악 보컬 전공생들은 전반적으로 자존감이 강하며 자기표현을 중시하고 경직된 조직생활을 선호하지 않으며, 대부분 졸업 후 회사 취업보다는 프리랜서 유형의 커리어를 갖는 경우가 많기 때문에 더욱 자신의 직업적 성향과 성격 파악, 그리고 음악 이외에 자신의 강점과 약점을 파악하는 것이 더욱 중요하다. 이를 위해 사주 기반상담을 통한 자신의 경향성과 가능성을 이해할 수 있도록 하는 것에 그 의미가 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

This study is to present qualitative research on characteristics of voice major college students in the viewpoint of Myeong-li(Saju) science with the ‘Ten Stars’ theory. 10 Saju Samples(using their birthday and time of birth) for students who already graduated, and another 10 Saju samples who are now attending classes were gathered to be analyzed. Recent tendancy of Myeong-li Science is not mainly for fortune-telling but to reveal each human being’s potency and possibility of his career development process thoughout his life. Analysis results for 10 students who already graduated showed that all of them are now working as professional singers or voice coaches and they mostly have at least 1 element among Shik-shin(expression), Sang-kwan(creativeness) and Pyeon-in(skill intentionality) elements of Ten Star theory of Saju. Analysis results for another 10 students who are attending classes showed that they also have at least 1 element among those 3 key elemnets, which is also relevant in comparison with the Career Interest Test from the Worknet website. Their Worknet test result is that they all have strong artistic characteristics and high self-esteem. Voice major college students are moslty don’t prefer to work under strict and rigid culture of the companies and willing to build their careers as freelancers. For this reason they need to realize their tendencies, charaters, strength and weakness in addition to their musical abilities. Career counseling using traditional Myeong-li(Saju) science would help them to understand themselves and their future tendencies and possibilties.
