여성 알코올의존자의 재발경험에 대한 현상학적 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 여성 알코올의존자들의 삶의 특정 상황과 시간의 맥락 속에서 진행되었던 재발 경험을 탐색하는 것이다. 이를 위해 당사자 관점에서 주관적 삶의 조건들과 체험들을 조명할 수 있는 Giorgi 현상학적 분석을 활용하였다. 음주진단으로 두 차례 이상 병원에 입원한 성인 여성 5명을 연구참여자로 선정하여 분석하였다. 분석한 결과‘시간의 역습’, ‘마음은 이미 술독’ ‘반복된 학습’이라는 본질적 구조를 통해 6개의 드러난 구조, 23개의 의미단위를도출하였다. 연구결과를 통해 여성 알코올의존자의 심리 정석적 요인, 사회적 가족적 지지, 병식과 금단증상에따른 재발 경험을 발견할 수 있었다. 특히 재발 요인 중 가족과의 관계에서 발생된 내 외적 경험이 다른 요인들과 맞물려 재발의 직접적인 영향을 끼쳤음을 확인할 수 있었으며, 재발 예방을 위해 단주 친목모임의 중요성을 탐색할 수 있었다. 이처럼 여성 알코올의존자의 재발에는 가족과 사회적 지지가 상당한 영향을 끼친다는 사실을 통해 여성 알코올의존자의 재발 경험의 현상을 발견하기 위해서 가족에 대한 심층 면담의 필요성과 재발을 방지하기위한 정책적 제안을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

This study analyzed Giorgi phenomenology research method that can examine subjective life conditions and experiences from the perspective of the parties in order to examine the recurrence experiences that took place in the context of specific aspects and time of female alcohol dependents. To this end, the 5 consented adult women who were admitted to the hospital more than once due to the diagnosis of drinking problems were selected as participants. As a result of the analysis, 6 revealed structures and 23 semantic definitions were derived through the essential structure of ‘Time Counterattack’ and ‘The mind is already a drink’ ‘repeated learning’. Through the results of the study, it was possible to find a recurrence experience due to psychological and standard factors, social and family support, hospitality, and withdrawal symptoms of female alcohol dependents. In particular, it was confirmed that the internal and external experiences generated in relation to the family among the recurrence factors had a direct effect on the recurrence, and the importance of a social gathering without drinking was explored to prevent recurrence. Through the fact that family and social support have a significant influence on the recurrence of female alcoholics, policy proposals were presented to prevent recurrence of in-depth interviews with families in order to discover the phenomenon of recurrence of female alcoholics.
