국문 초록

본 연구에서는 각 직종마다 다른 고용 환경으로 인해 직종별로 차등화한 임금 분석이 전체직종을 대상으로 한임금 분석보다 다중회귀분석에 더 적합함을 확인하였다. 또한, 직종별로 교육수준, 숙련기간, 그리고 작업강도가임금에 미치는 영향과 그에 따른 적정임금을 분석하고 직종별 적정임금식을 계산하였다. 분석 결과, 3가지 변수 중일부만 반영하여 회귀분석 하였을 때보다 모두 반영하여 회귀분석 하였을 때의 결정계수가 더 큰 값을 보였으며, 대부분의 직종에서 직업 전체로 분석한 결과보다 직종별로 구분하여 분석했을 때의 결정계수가 더 크다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 결과를 통해 임금에 영향을 미치는 변수가 세분화될수록 임금 분석에 대한 설명력이 높아지며, 분석대상으로 전체 직업 데이터를 한꺼번에 활용하는 것보다 직종별로 세분화된 데이터를 활용하여 분석하였을 때 설명력이 더 높다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한, 직종별로 3가지 변수가 해당 직종의 임금에 주는 영향을각각 측정할 수 있었다.

영문 초록

In this study, it was confirmed that wage analysis differentiated by occupations type due to different employment environments for each occupation type is more suitable for multi-linear regression analysis than wage analysis for all occupations. In addition, the effect of education level, skill period, and work intensity on wages by occupations type and the prevailing wage accordingly are analyzed, and a prevailing wage equation for each occupations type is presented. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that the coefficient of determination when analyzed together was larger than when the three variables were analyzed individually. And in most occupations, the coefficient of determination when analyzed by occupations was larger than when analyzed the entire occupation. From these results, it can be seen that the more subdivided the variables affecting wages, the higher explanatory power of wage analysis, and the higher the explanatory power when analyzed using data subdivided by occupation than when using all data at once. In additions, it was possible to measure the effect of three variables on the wages of each occupation.
