중국인 학문 목적 한국어 학습자의 한국어 쓰기 특징과 모국어 쓰기 특징 비교 연구

국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 중국인 학문 목적 한국어 학습자가 동일한 주제로 작성한 한국어 글쓰기 결과물과 중국어글쓰기 결과물을 직접 비교하여 그 차이점을 살펴보고 이를 교수 현장에서 활용할 수 있는 시사점을 찾는 데 있다. 본 연구에 참여한 총 28명의 중국인 유학생은 동일한 주제의 논설문 장르의 글쓰기 과제를 수행하였다. 본 연구에서 수집한 글쓰기 결과물을 분석한 결과 한국어 글쓰기 결과물과 중국어 글쓰기 결과물 사이에 통사적 숙달도의 차이는 크지 않았다. 그러나 한국어 글쓰기 결과물에 나타난 오류의 양상은 모국어 쓰기의 영향을 받는다는사실을 확인하였다. 또한 논설문의 장르적 특징을 강화시킬 수 있는 저자의 입장과 목소리 표현 사용 양상을 살펴보았을 때 중국어 글쓰기 결과물에 저자의 입장과 목소리를 드러내는 표현이 더 많이 나타나는 것을 알 수 있었다. 그리고 한국어 글쓰기 결과물에 나타난 표현과 중국어 글쓰기 결과물에 나타난 표현은 서로 다른 경우가 많았다. 디지털 기기를 활용한 글쓰기 활동이 점점 늘어나고 있는 만큼 번역투의 문장과 어색한 표현은 점점 늘어날것으로 예상된다. 따라서 모국어 특징에 기반한 오류 양상에 대한 이해를 교수 현장에 적용하면 중국인 학문 목적 한국어 학습자들의 글쓰기에 큰 도움이 될 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to compare the Korean writing style and Chinese writing style on the same subject, with a focus on Chinese Korean learners for academic purposes. A total of 28 Chinese international students performed the writing task on the same subject. As a result, the difference in syntactic proficiency was not significant between the Korean essays and the Chinese. However, it confirmed that the pattern of errors in Korean writing was influenced from the native language. In addition, the writer's stance and voice expression patterns can often enhance the genre characteristics of the essay, and it was found that more expressions revealing the writer's stance and voice appeared in the Chinese essays. In addition, the expressions in the Korean essays and the expressions in the Chinese essays were often different. As writing activities using digital devices increase, it is expected that sentences and awkward expressions of translation will increase. Therefore, applying the understanding of error patterns based on the characteristics of the native language to the teaching field will greatly help Korean learners write for academic purposes.
