국문 초록

한중 두 나라의 정치, 경제, 문화 등 교류가 날로 활발해짐에 따라 중국에서의 한국어교육이 이미 어느 정도발전되어 왔지만 한국어교육 현장에서는 더욱 선진적인 한국어교육 이념과 새로운 교육과정을 개발하여 학생들에게 질 좋은 한국어 학습 환경을 제공할 것을 요구하고 있다. 교육과정의 내용과 실효성을 점검하고 보완하는 것은 학습효과를 극대화하고 고차원적인 의사소통을 할 수 있는 한국어 고급인재를 양성하기 위한 필요조건이다. 교육과정이란 교육기관에서 정해진 교육목표를 달성하기 위하여 선택된 교육내용과 학습활동을 체계적으로 편성조직한 계획을 의미한다. 선행연구를 살펴보면 요구분석을 통해 중국대학교 한국어학과 교육과정에 대한 개선 방향을 제시한 연구는 많지 않다. 본고는 중국에서 상대적으로 높은 실력을 인정받고 있는 Y대학교 한국어학과 교육과정에 대한 요구분석을 통해, 중국대학교 한국어학과 교육과정에 대한 개선 방안을 모색하는 것이 목적이다. 이를 위해 ‘교과 목표’, ‘과정 설정’, ‘교실 강의’, ‘자율 학습’, ‘능력 평가’, ‘교재 만족도’ 등 6 가지 항목으로 학생과 교수자 두 집단에 대해 세밀한 설문 조사와 면담을 실시하였으며 그에 대한 결과 분석을 통해 학생과 교사들의 교육과정에 대한 인식과 요구를 파악하고 교육과정의 문제점을 도출하였다. 그리고 이러한 요구분석을 통해 파악한 교육과정의 문제점들을 개선하기 위한 합리적인 개선 방향을 제시하고자 하였다.

영문 초록

With the increasing exchanges in the fields of politics, economy and culture between Korea and China, the Korean language education in China has increased rapidly. At the same time, Korean language education needs more advanced education concepts and new curriculum to provide students with a high quality Korean language learning environment. Checking and supplementing the contents and effectiveness of the curriculum is a necessary condition to maximize education effects and foster high-level Korean talents who can communicate in a high-level manner. But there are not many previous studies that suggest improvement about Korean language curriculum of Chinese universities through needs analysis. The purpose of this study is to find an efficient improvement plan for the curriculum of the Korean language department of Chinese universities through needs analysis with the curriculum of Korean language department of Y University, which is recognized for its relatively high proficiency in China. To this end, detailed questionnaire surveys and interviews were conducted on two groups of students and teachers with six items such as ‘curriculum goal’, ‘course setting’, ‘classroom lecture’, ‘self-learning’, ‘capability evaluation’, and ‘textbook satisfaction’. Through the analysis of the results, we identified students and teachers’ perceptions and needs of the curriculum and derived problems of the curriculum. We also presented reasonable improvement directions to problems of the curriculum identified through this needs analysis.
